Bay Springs Eye Care

Great eye doctors at this location. However, recently I have been disappointed with the billing department. I received my contacts and received a bill months later. However, this is weird being that I have never been able to receive contacts with a balance, NEVER. Great staff, but billing could use organization.

The front staff needs an overhaul. I’ve called several Times during business hours & 1.2 the calls no one will answer. Just called to check on contacts that I was to be called about last week only 2 be told twice they weren’t there & after asking my name for the 4th time in a 3 min convo she found them. And they’re not friendly.
