Good service

The in store experience is great and this store is a great place to stop and grab a few things when your in a rush. However, as far as the pharmacy goes I use cvs

Go here and pick things up daily

We waited and they did not call us till it had already been ready for thirty minutes. The cashier also talked very quiet so they were hard to understand. The makeup department was very nice though. She asked if I need anything several times.

Care more about store policy than the health of their customers.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service at your North Hills Walgreens Pharmacy today. I dropped off my prescription this morning to be filled this afternoon. Despite having the medication in stock, I was told by the Pharmacist that my prescription couldn't be filled due to a policy regarding previous fills at a different Walgreens location. I have always had a pleasant experience with the pharmacy techs and employee's but the past few times I have tried to fill prescriptions at this location, I have had issues.

As someone who prefers the convenience of the pharmacy near my workplace, I found this to be handled very poorly. CVS, located nearby, gladly accepted and filled my prescription without any issues.

This experience has left me dissatisfied, and regrettably, I'll be seeking pharmacy services elsewhere in the future. I fully intended to have this pharmacy as my preferred location but today's incident changed my mind.
