I had my shop there with alot of valuable tools but never had any problems with theft.

Its very affordable and cost effective but if you have to move around a lot, its definately hard to get in contact with them about making payments.

I stored my 31 foot RV at this location for a few weeks that had a security gate entrance to their storage facility but later learned that the gate remains open throughout the day and is not secured and therefore anyone can enter. Their office is located towards the rear of the facility and does not have a view of their entrance so they have no idea who enters. Their vehicle/RV storage area is located at the front of their property where I was parked for a few weeks when my RV was broken into along with another stored travel trailer. I had thousands of dollars worth of personal property stolen and learned that they have no security cameras on their premises. When I asked them to refund me my storage fee for this false security storage, they refused. I would recommend using an actual secured storage place and not this one. In essence I paid them to have my RV broken into and have my personal belongings stolen!

If you don't mind letting your stuff bake in the heat, go ahead and use this place. We pay for climate controlled storage, and found out today when we went to store our heat-sensitive musical instruments, that the air conditioner is broken in our unit and they had no idea how long it's been broken. They said they may even have to wait two more days to fix it. Our heat-sensitive equipment and records have been sitting in there for months and now we are stuck with deciding whether or not to spend the money to move our items to a new storage facility we can trust, or leave them in this one for another six months, not knowing if they will be safe or not.
