We originally came in looking for wall decor but didn't find what we were looking for. We did see some end tables on clearance. Zach was an excellent sales person, very personal. We're very happy with our visit.

Cayden was the employee that helped us when my wife and I needed to buy a piece of furniture over the phone. He was outstanding. He went above beyond with the transaction and helping us with our pick up destination. He made several phone calls on our behalf, and inquired with his manager for ways to work around a pick up destination concern. He called later to check if we needed help with part of the transaction and just maintained a comfortable contact with us to ensure our experience was complete. He was excellent. Norman was a fantastic sales person at the Flowood, MS store servicing our needs. No high pressure sales. He was very patient to make sure the purchase was just right. He worked the delivery to match our schedule. Prices were great as well. A++

I moved to.Flowood from Northeast Georgia in December. I purchased a home and needed to furnish each room. I visited several furniture stores and was not impressed with the customer service at all. My sister and I decided to go Ashly’s furniture and I am so glad that we did. The Showroom Representatives were kind and very knowledgeable about the pieces that were on display. We were treated like we were the most important people In that store. Their furniture is beautiful and well made. Thank you Cory and Jeremiah for making my move here a positive experience. I would recommend Ashley’s services to everyone. Ashely’s representatives welcomed me wholeheartedly and were open to answer any inquires or concerns that I had. Also, it was impressive how well informed they were of each product that I set my eyes and went to the extreme to suggest cleaning products for the furniture and how temperatures and humility can also affect the quality/surface of your furniture overtime. I felt right at home and I would visit again.

Corey was great. We left the store to compare recliners city wide. When we returned, he remembered us and was very helpful without being pushy. The price we ended with was satisfactory, as was the length of time for delivery. It was a good experience overall.

Had a great buying experience…..staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional……found a lovely coffee and end table set which will be delivered soon………….. plus two lamps to complete the purchase…….all at a very affordable price…..
