The pharmacist and staff are wonderful, and they provide professional and prompt service.

Three months later, I can never get anyone to answer the phones. When someone does pick up, THEY HANG UP! It is very frustrating when you're trying to have medication sent to a different Walmart.
My initial review was 5 stars, and I held off on removing it after being hung up on twice. I was trying to give them a chance, but this has happened more often than not. If you guys are that busy, hire someone to answer the phones.

These people are evil, , ,,, ! I'm a diabetic, it took the pharmacy 3 months to correct my insurance,,( someone that works in pharmacy changed my # on insurance card,, all they needed was the correct #, in which I had to practically beg them to look at my cards, ) I think they were scammed my insurance for someone else me rd s. They so rudly finally entered my card, and it was ok,,,,, God help These idiots

They have the worst customer service EVER. On numerous occasions they have not had my prescription ready for issues that a phone call would have fixed. Today I sit in the parking lot for an hour waiting for a prescription to be filled that can't be filled until tomorrow... That's fine about the waiting until the next day, but why not pick up the phone and call me and tell me that. The girl knew I was waiting!!!!! They text me when it's ready why not call when it's not?. The time before they said they didn't have his correct insurance info. Well I know dang well they did so I got the prescription took it to another pharmacy with the SAME insurance info and got the prescription filled. granted they didn't call and make sure they had the right info, when i came back 4 hours later it wasn't filled. The time before that, they didn't have the medicine in stock. I dropped off his prescription on my lunch break, went back after work and bam I was informed of this. I had to fly to another pharmacy to get it filled because this is a prescription my son has to take everyday. I could go on and on. Needless to say I WILL NOT waste my time on this pharmacy again!! Lesson learned

I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star, dropped off my prescription 2 weeks ago. Called to find out what was taking so long and the lady told me that they sent a fax to my doctors office for authorization a while ago but my doctors office doesn't receive fax. She was totally lost when I asked why they didn't pick up the phone and call especially if they knew my doctors office doesn't receive faxes... these people are responsible for your medications.

Their customer service is awful, their wait time is horrible, it's like they look at you and say, I don't care about you staying out there instead of trying to keep the line moving so people can get in and out. I hate when a client sends me out there to pick up their medication.

I try never to use. 1/2 a day to get something filled. Refuse to use.
