Temple Theater for the Performing Arts

The space the event I attended was very tight. The temperature was cold. The door to the women’s bathroom stayed open whereby if you say on the toilet you could be easily seen or even heard from outside the door. This may be a historic building but it needs some updating to accommodate larger events.

This beautiful historic theatre is absolutely amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed the tour that Roger gave us. Looking forward to going back there again someday!

I took my granddaughter to this last night for her Birthday and I have to say, We loved it! She loves Ballet! They're performance was Spot On! This wasn't our first visit to the Temple Theater. We have been many times and can't wait to return. Can't say enough about this beautiful place!

Beautiful theater in historic downtown Meridian! The building is definitely showing it's age cosmetically, but the acoustics are astounding!

The building is old but still very cool inside! We had a great time as my girls had their recital.

So glad to see Meridian can bring something to be known for into this town other then drugs and murder. Micro Wrestling was a great choice, affordable and a lot of fun

The owners have really done a grand job at preserving this historical building. I was vending in the lobby and couldn’t help but to admire the attention to details in the foyer. It’s really beautiful. Like stepping back into time.

We were here today for a T.V. show shoot. We travel a lot for the show. I’m giving this venue 5 stars because I’m a sucker for old theaters. This place has all the trimmings of a premier theater, and still has much of its original timeless lore. It’s a little beat up in spots, but it’s nothing that would detract much from its charm.

Wonderful venue for various types of events. Always clean and pleasant staff.

Great music venue but the orchestra pit was a bit dicey. The chairs weren't really suitable or uniform. But we had an enjoyable evening.

Wonderful evening. Saw Atlanta Roadhouse Skynyrd Tribute. Had great seats. And, in my opinion, the concessions are a decent price. Thank you

It was our place for sharing the gospel with the people who were in attendance and the Word of Jesus Christ finishing up a week of Love out Loud, which was beneficial to the community.

Very beautiful inside and very well lite and very clean. The food was great and the oak ridge boys concert was awesome.

Very beautiful theater!!

Visited for the first time today. It's a great historic location to view a film and the popcorn was good and affordable too. I encourage anyone to check it out.

I use to sing c/w music and Christian there many years ago. Such wonderful people and the theater is historically beautiful! Miss those days!!!

Tonight I had the pleasure to see the live stage play "The Missing Pieces" by Alvin Moore Jr. I must say the performance was superb.
