J.Allan's Ridgeland

It’s safe to say that J. Allan is my favorite design store! They have the cutest items EVER for home decor! And I absolutely LOVE Shelby!

It was wonderful working with J. Allan's while furnishing my new home. They carry high-end brands but their prices were amazing- almost shockingly better- when compared to other stores. Their designers spent a lot of time discussing my layout, needs, and wants, and they gave many options regarding designs, styles, and price points from which to choose. They kept me up-to-date on my order/delivery status and had wonderful customer service when we ran into issues (manufacturer issues, discontinued designs, etc). I have kept in touch since initially furnishing my home, and they have been so willing to help me choose and add pieces here and there to make my spaces better. My only regret is that I did not find them before using some other furniture stores! 10/10 recommend, and I will definitely use them for more houses/projects in the future.

Very excited to have found a beautiful bed. We joined their club for $99 per year in order to get the “member” price. When it came time to check out however the price was approximately $3000 more than the amount listed on the tag. The manager explained that they had made a mistake somewhere in preparing the price tag and that she was not authorized to honor the tag that was displayed. It was a very disappointing experience to know that the store would show one price, attempt to charge another, and then not honor their mistake. If you’re looking for a place to shop for furniture, you may want to consider other options or at least make them confirm the price shell before you reach the register.

They had a warehouse sale. We journeyed all the way to Monticello, MS. The bathroom's toilet was dysfunctional and nearly over-flooding. Never ever again. For goodness sakes, if you've children (or not) stay at/in one of their retail showrooms
