I called in an order for my mother’s birthday. The lady on the phone provided the absolute best customer service experience! I will be ordering from here again for the next occasion!

I contacted Collins Florist and Gifts after I was disappointed by flowers I'd sent to my mother-in-law from another shop. I didn't know until I visited the website that the person who answered the phone was actually the owner, Dara. She was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions, and asking questions to make sure I would be satisfied by the final product. She sent me a video of her creating my order because I'm in Texas, and you know where she is. My mother-in-law loved the arrangement, and so did I.

My husband ordered some flowers for valentines that we never got. Apparently there are scammers out there even when it comes to flowers. We were scammed by fallen 1800 flowers. Please don’t do that!!!! Mrs Dara did a wonderful job on the flowers for me that she made so beautifully in place of the others. Thank you so much.

We have done business with Collins Florist and Gifts since they first opened their doors. They have the best and most unique gift items, good quality, very nice arrangements and the most wonderful staff to help you with anything and everything. Very nice, clean, well organized store the owner was most helpful and patient when my Mother In Law passed away and when my Father In Law passed away in he showing us the different possibilities for and helping us pick out the arrangements for the casket pieces and they were absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this place for shopping for anything from flower arrangements, plants, gifts for adults or children, cards, tee shirts, shower gifts, wedding gifts, Anything!

Love this place! The staff is very friendly, and assisted me with whatever I needed. As a wedding gift some lovely people got me a candle from here. It is THE BEST smelling candle I’ve ever had. I refuse to throw the empty candle jar out, it smells just that good. Will definitely be going back to get me another one!!

One of those staple community businesses that believe in taking care of their customers! They have been serving the people of Collins (and surrounding areas) for years. Their great reputation is based on providing quality products, accuracy when filling orders, and service after the sale. While I live several counties away, I've never worried when placing telephone orders. I know I will be taken care of and, should a problem arise, I am confident these folks will make every effort to "right" the "wrong!" Community-minded business that appreciates their customers. Collins is my hometown, but I currently live two hours away. My two year old daughter passed away in 03, her 18th birthday was in April and I called and the young lady that helped me was extremely nice. I told her what I wanted, and she took care of everything. They not only made a beautiful arrangement, they took it to the cemetery and took a picture of it and sent it to me by text! The owners and people who work there are wonderful people and will go out of their way to take care of their customers!

Friendly staff & a beautiful selection of flowers & gifts! Any time I call, they are quick to help fulfill my wishes. My kids call this the “choc-choc store” because they have the best Chocolate candies in town!

I love this shop. They do amazing floral designs. They always have the perfect gift whenever I need something. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. I would recommend this shop to everyone!

The owners are great human beings. Every floral arrangement I’ve ever received have been gorgeous. The customer service is awesome and Mrs Dara goes above and beyond to make sure customers are pleased.

When we moved from Moselle to Collins several years ago we needed flowers for a funeral, the florist we used in Hattiesburg wanted to charge an outrageous fee to send them to Ellisville. Mom found Collins Florist and we have been using them ever since. It makes my Mom happy when she calls and they say "Hey Inky, how are you?". Great place, great people and great service.
