Rocky Springs Trail

Very peaceful. Lots of RVs but quiet hours enforced 10 to 6. Nice nature trail and old trace. But one big RV from Quebec had big pit fire that that smelled like toxic sewage burning. My wife and daughter were smoked out of bathroom by a lady smoking inside each time.

after a lovely and peaceful night camping I woke up early and decided to make the short hike and vacation to clear my mind for the day and it was an excellent decision. Although I didn't hike the entire trail to portgibson road (next time) I did the mile hike to the beautiful creek. The trail is well defined in this area and an easy walk. The scenery is gorgeous with the native hardwood mix Forrest, col mushrooms, and I even saw a couple deer about half way. I very much enjoyed it and will be doing it again taking friends with me.

A wonderful place and hike, especially for scouts of all ages. There's a good walk down and back from the trail and camping nearby. The bathrooms are basically a hit or miss when it comes to cleanliness, so there's that. But there's a little waterfall and an Native American mound a mile up ahead.

I love it. I've been going there every chance I get for the past 30 years to hike, walk my dogs and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. I love exploring the hiking trails and touring the old church and cemetery.

Love this place! Very peaceful and it's a great place for the kids to have fun!

Great ride! Check the weather. Drainage can be slow in places.
