Knowledgeable, friendly staff and management. Nich & Elliot are super helpful, especially for people who think they know what they want but really don't, lol. Great selection and fair prices. Hardwood, LVP and backsplash selection is extensive. Most certainly will recommend to others!

The sales staff was easy to talk to and knew what they were talking about. I comparison shopped with competitors and didn't find a better deal. They replaced the floors in my 3,000 sqft 6 bedroom house in two days. Only the master bathroom/closet was not changed. Special issues taking up the old ceramic tile and engineered wood floors were dealt with quickly. The installers were easy to work with and took pride in the work. It was hard to find any flaws even with that much work being done that fast. The weather was excessively hot making the job more uncomfortable too. I would happily hire them again.

This is a very good place for flooring. They have a good selection of laminate flooring and other materials like counter tops and such. The customer service and quality work, along with professionalism and punctual employees makes this place an excellent choice for flooring business. Thomas is a great individual with pride in his job and and services.

I'm completely satisfied with the value and quality installed on time and as promised! Derek coordinated and made everything easy. I didn't know what I wanted but I found an LVP I love at a good price. The installation team, led by William, knocked out 1000 sq ft in a day, despite it being 2nd floor and roasting hot outside. The work is top-notch. Floor boards are nice and tight and level everywhere, and the quarter round looks like it was always there.

I have to say this company is pretty amazing. Our floor install did not go as planned due to a problem with one section of our kitchen floor that was wonky and uneven. Carlos and Patrick had to return multiple times to make sure it was right. I love my new floors and I know that if I ever have a problem they will stand behind their work until complete satisfaction is reached. Would highly recommend this company!

Discount flooring did an amazing job on replacing our 44yr old carpet with amazing LVP flooring and carpet in 3 bedrooms. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We had a problem with our floor. The materials were purchased from Discount Floor in 2019. It was a Shaw floor product. We filed a claim with Shaw and the claim was honored. Jason took charge, scheduled the crew to install a brand new floor and handled the process from beginning to end. The new floors are amazing and the process could have been a nightmare but Jason made sure we were taken care of. Thank you so very much!

We’ve had three GREAT experiences with Discount Floor. Jason is very attentive, meticulous about his guys’ work, and very communicative. We were able to reach him by email with punctual responses and also by phone call or text. (The same night and on a Sunday prior to his vacation, which I consider great for a busy business owner). He was very patient with us when we changed our minds several times. He came out to the house twice for next day estimates. I have now purchased flooring from them twice for DIY installs and just had them install our entire downstairs! Amazing work and GREAT prices! We would recommend Jason and his guys to anyone in the area looking for flooring and installation.

I worked with Derek and his team to replace carpet with Vinyl flooring. Derek was great to work with, so quick to respond whether it was day or night. He explained everything to me and I never once felt like he was taking advantage of me like other contractors did. The best part was his check ins - he checked to make sure the crew got here (who also did a WONDERFUL job!!) and checked to make sure I was happy with the install. I did contact him about 2 months after install because the stair nose was coming loose, his team came within 2 days and fixed it immediately and made sure it wouldn't come loose again. Other than that, the floors, threshold and mouling have held up really well and look amazing!!!

My floors look incredible and Jason and his crew thought outside the box to make me happy and avoid transition. Fantastic purchasing experience! Their prices are so much more realistic than the big box stores, and the customer service from Jason and his father were top notch. They sent me home with samples, and when I came the next day to purchase I was in and out in 10 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
