Comfort Inn Greensboro - Kernersville

At the front desk, Tia was like a bionic woman! She was here when we checked in at 10pm and still here when we are leaving in the morning at 11am. She was very nice! Very good service and the breakfast was good. The staff and head cleaner Fabiola were on top of stocking the food and cleaning the hotel. They were busy vacuuming, cleaning rooms and power washing the pool area. A+. The only item was in the room. It was clean and everything worked but the a/c was on 72 but felt like 95. Thankfully, once we lowered the temp it took an hour or so for it to cool off, but it did and we slept alright. Good value for a night of booking would recommend staying again.

I had a wonderful opportunity to speak with Karen this afternoon. My husband and I typically stay at this location when we're in town for work. I noticed that he never complains of hip or back pain when he wakes up. I inquired about the mattress and topper. Karen listened carefully to my concern, took down my contact information and quickly called me back in 5 minutes. She gave me the information that I needed in a very caring manner. Her customer service professionalism should be rewarded and appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Nice rooms but have to ask at night to have rooms cleaned I asked last night my first night here and it was not cleaned tonight so who knows if he even left a note I am here for 10 nights I don't think should have to do it everyday like make a note to clean everyday I am working 11-15 hours per day

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. This was my second time staying here. The first being in August. The front desk staff was nice and attentive. The location and stay is always quiet. A very convenient place to stay having fast food restaurants, sit down restaurants, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club etc minutes away. 10/10 would recommend!

Had an issue with swapping payment methods from a personal card to a company card, and it was resolved quickly with the manager on duty. My room was clean and all of the staff I talked to were friendly and helpful. I had no issues with my 7 day stay, and will definitely come back If I'm working in the area again.

Great stay. I stayed 3 nights while visiting the city. I found this hotel on The AAA website. It was highlighted for cleanliness and reviews boasted of affordability. After checking multiple review websites and discounted rates I booked. I was impressed when I entered the building but really sold when I went into the room. It was truly clean and comfortable. Because of the current pandemic I still disinfected to be safe but nothing needed to be cleaned our gave me any hesitation. Sheets and blankets were clean, bathroom sparkled (appeared tube had been recently refinished), and the carpet was clean. And it remained bug free and quiet thought my visit despite the packed parking lot. Breakfast area was nice and they offered a variety of foods and beverages. Oh and the location was perfect. It was right of the highway and close to everything. Menu things within walking distance. The staff was attentive and friendly. I'd def stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the Greensboro area.

It was business as usual for me. But while staying at this hotel you can expect an evolution of excellence in atmosphere, comfort and service verses some of the other hotels. You are going to enjoy your stay.

Love this spot! Can't you tell!? Lol, everything about it is awesome! Breakfast, service, clean rooms! Oh and the lemon water they have! It's made to perfection! The breakfast! They even have a plain waffle, and a flavored waffle you can choose from! You have to try the strawberry, or blueberry waffle with cream cheese, as you will see in the video! OMG! 😋😋😋

Wow! We were impressed! Our room was spotless, everything looked new. No residual smoke in a non-smoking room! Refrigerator, microwave, little Essentials. The room was a little small, two double beds, fine for a business partner and I on a convention. The breakfast was great, hot breakfast included. The elevators were always available there was no problem. The location was great, easily accessible to the main roads to get to our convention. We agreed we would stay there again in a heartbeat. The price was so reasonable, highly recommended.

As a traveling worker hotels are hit and miss.As a past GM for a Comfort Inn I've learned it all depends solely on the owner not the brand of how the hotel is ran and maintained. This one gets 5 stars from me, it is obvious the owner takes pride in his property and the brand, the hotel was one of the best overall from staff to appearance and cleanliness. Thank you for such a great stay and providing the true meaning of quality in a hotel. I would recommend and return if in the area again.

Very clean, friendly staff. Decent breakfast. It’s 2 stare because it’s noisy outside and there aren’t a lot of frills. But it was very comfortable. One problem was that the treadmill
Was broken. But again, at least it had a gym. I would definitely stay again, especially if I want to save some money.

Checked in late. Staff was friendly and knew who I was when I got there. Rooms were clean including the bathroom. The mattress was a great feel. Ac worked great. Shower took a few to get hot,but once it did it was great. They serve breakfast until 9:30 which was a bonus,because we checked in so late. Breakfast was hot eggs,bacon, and waffles. You also had available instant oatmeal,grits,and cereal. Not to mention bagels, English muffins, granola,and yogurt. I got down to breakfast a little after 9 and there was still plenty of hot food that I watched the kitchen put out. Best hotel I have stayed at in a while. I did not use room service but it is available I think until 11pm and the menu looked good and reasonably priced.

Great hotel staff! Entire front desk staff were accommodating and helpful. James was very friendly. I've stayed here in the past. Rooms always clean. Family hung out by and enjoyed the pool. Alas thus will be my last stay due to my nephew's college graduation.

Everything was nice. We have stayed at many different Comfort Inn and Comfort Suites across the area, this is by far the best we have been to. The service was outstanding. Room was nice and clean. Very comfortable. It smelled nice throughout the whole place! Will definitely recommend and stay again!

This place has been such a lovely place to stay at during the time my house is under re-model. The staff have made me feel at home, the rooms are so very clean and have a fresh aroma radiating in them. The area is also great to be close to everything you need. Lastly, the rates are super cheap for a mid-range hotel. Thanks for the amazing time, Comfort Inn!

The room and bathroom were very clean! Also, Gavin and Joe at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful! The free breakfast was okay, but that okay quality is on par with other hotel chains. One recommendation to this hotel would be to have a better quality orange juice as part of the breakfast fare. Overall, I Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We came here for a wrestling event in the Greensboro Colosseum and this was the perfect place to stay! It was 6 minutes away from the event and it was right near the center of town, so there were plenty of good options to eat at. Their rooms were very nice and the staff was great! Their breakfast is one of the most diverse breakfasts (during covid) I've ever seen, since all of the items were to go. I would stay here again any time of the year.
