If you're looking for a real coffee shop, this is the place to visit. It's gusto, it's stylish and it's cool place to study. I like it here. It's tucked away and very laid back. The drinks are also awesome. Well done. A+

Have been going here since 1993. Best coffee I’ve ever had. A long line of very friendly and conversational baristas, including many that I became friends with (RIP Mike Stribling). Can’t say enough positive about this place, and the many others Cups around town.

🤤🤤 Eat your heart out Starbucks! I had the turtle latte with an extra shot of coffee and OMG‼‼😋🤤 There was one barrista and that didn't stop her from making the absolute yummiest turtle I've ever had.

Great place to study and drink coffee. My favorite drink to get is the Caramel Frap and my favorite pastry is the danish pastry. Cups has a calm and relaxing atmosphere where I can get my work done. The staff are extremely friendly and make my coffee quickly. Cups is in a convenient location and is right by UMMC hospital. Cups is the best coffee shop in Jackson, MS

Great place for coffee and awesomely friendly staff. They have your tried and true classics and a choice of baked good to go along with your drink. They have some unique creations such as a lavender latte which I definitely recommend trying it with oat milk.

Excellent double shot of espresso. Porcelain cup was an added touch. It has a nice atmosphere with local artwork hanging on the walls.

Even though an affogato wasn’t on the menu, the barista still made it for me, and it was delicious. I also ordered the capitol street hot latte which is also delicious.

Cups in Brandon is my go to coffee shop for 30 years! I LOVE it! Cannot beat the delish coffee , service , food and ambience ! I meet with my fellow Retired Teachers friends once a month at Cups! It's the BEST!

Perfect large, hot, decaf, with 1/2 amt of carmel syrup, no vanilla, with whole milk froth (altered Carmel Macchiato!

Perfect place to stop on a dreary day! Staff was amazing, coffee delicious and it’s no wonder why this business has a few locations. Keep your culture strong, whatever you’re doing flows out the door and into the cups on how much you love this industry.

Great little coffee shop. Ask for espresso ice cubes in your iced coffee for a drink that never gets watered down.

I will go out of my way to come to this Cups! They always take care of me. I order cold brew with espresso ice cubes and that is exactly what I get! They never put regular ice in it unlike other Cups I have gone to. I buy coffee for work a lot and they are always around to help me with any questions I have regarding taste or strength of the bean. Love the yogurt parfait! Nice place to hang out and do so work or homework. Plenty of places to sit and relax!

I love the aesthetic! The drinks are great, and the pastries are delicious! I don't recommend trying to find a place to sit on a weekend, they tend to be ridiculously busy!

Good service, excellent teas, and lots of cool people. A very chill study spot. Has nice range of students from all the colleges in the area. I would definitely recommend! This is probably one of my favorite spots around Jackson.

Amazing coffee and friendly people. This location is my favorite to sit for a few hours and just enjoy the atmosphere. They’re also really great at not making you feel like you have to be a coffee expert to order.

The best coffee in Jackson hands down. People typically say the Fondren location is best, and that is the one I live closest to and frequent, but all of the locations have had similar quality. The staff here are great, care about their product, and always make a real effort to make me feel welcomed and appreciated.

Literally my most favorite coffee shop. The smells, the vibes, the staff, the coffee! I spent many years here studying during college and grad school, any many more hanging with friends. I moved away from Mississippi 4 years ago, but I always stop by Cups in Fondren on my way through to visit family. Wish I could bring one to Atlanta!

I’m so impressed by this place. The blondie latte is really good even though I generally don’t like white chocolate. I loved the artistic touches and more “open” viewpoints here - which I guess is common in Fondren? Either way it made me very happy. I especially love the sustainable products.
