The Bean

This is 100% my favorite coffee spot in Mississippi. I’m not a big coffee drinker, so I usually stick with an iced chai tea latte, and they make THE BEST one I’ve ever had. I work remotely, so occasionally I work from The Bean, and I usually order 2-3 chai lattes when I’m working there. (I’m truly obsessed with them) Plus their brunch/breakfast options are so good! The staff is always so friendly, too! Whenever someone asks for a local coffee spot, I always recommend them!

I hadn't been to The Bean since the ownership changed but I finally got the chance to go today and was blown away! The service was incredible (everyone was beyond nice), the prices are extremely fair, and we received our food in lightening speed (seriously no more than 5 minutes MAXIMUM after placing our order). I will definitely be back!!!

Love this place and atmosphere. Perfect place to get some needed work done. I love the coffee and the customer service is excellent. Can't wait to get my window seat next weekend. :)

Sneaky Beans provides a fantastic environment and atmosphere for work! There are four different sections (from what I saw) and three of them are with excellent natural lighting provided by the window!

The music they play here are pretty nice and the chai I had was great! Really recommend if you’re looking for a place to chill, but wouldn’t recommend you to sit at the furthest room if you’re planning on using their guest wifi.

Fast, awesome service and great latte. Was able to order at the outside window. Was offered pup cups for my dogs! Thanks for the awesome experience.

Stopped by for a quick cup of coffee and a sweet treat! Everyone was extremely friendly, great service and good cup of coffee. I enjoyed my visit and will be back.

By far the best coffee in JXN. Lunch options are delicious and quite filling. The space has been beautifully renovated. They’ve done an incredible job on the front porch. Great place to relax.

Sneaky beans has a welcoming storefront in a good vibe location. There are stairs up to the front hangout area as well as wheelchair access. If you can’t find a parking a lot in the street there a ramp to go behind the shop for additional parking.

The counter is to the right as soon you walk in the front door. There are rooms throughout the shop with seating.

The coffee is roasted by Bean Fruit. Good stuff.

This was my first visit; I enjoyed it and the Coco Mocha Frappe. They have a large indoor space with plenty of rooms for working or just enjoying your beverage selections. There is also a front patio area and a backyard. Thoughtful setup!

Great coffee and great place to work with good wifi! They have brunch on the weekends and the food is great too!

Great stop if your are in Fondren and need coffee. Wraps are amazing!!!! Staff is top tier

the BEST breakfast in town! I find myself craving their brunch pancakes every weekend. The staff is so kind and helpful. The set up is great to meet friends for lunch or study. The porch is a good spot to bring your pups and grab a beer. Hope you make time to check this place out!
