The UPS Store

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was always greeted as entering the store. I have never had to wait very long if there was a customer or a few in front of me. They are very knowledgeable and so helpful too. I was also greeted as you might say as I was leaving and I noticed everyone else was getting the same helpful and kind treatment too. Very highly recommend to go if you need help or to send off things. I happened to go tonight before closing and I have to shout out to Chance for helping me out. He showed me something new to me or what I didn't know that I could do with the labels and was very kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

The UPS Store in Meridian, MS has always handled my shipping needs effectively and efficiently. In particular, Hays Monsour has gone above and beyond in helping me. Hays always greets me with a smile and has excellent customer service skills! This is a great store, and we are lucky to have them in Meridian!

I've always had EXCELLENT service here. I have had to use them when I purchased a gun for my step-son as a Christmas present. They accepted delivery and did all of the paperwork that was required. They are very personable. I have had to use them for other occasions, as well, and I ALWAYS get great service!

Have used this store many times over the last several years for packing and shipping all over the country. They are professional And helpful. I have never had anything damaged that they packed. I would give then 10 stars if I could!

I was looking for a particular item to ship something in. The guy offered to build me a box for 35 or $40. Then out of the blue he urge me to go to another store.and buy this particular item that would serve the same purpose that would cost me $3..it reminded me of the movie miracle on 34th Street and the competition between Gimbels and Macy's putting the customer first.. needless to say he will have my business in the future

I'm sending packages to my daughters and noticed I left off an apartment #. I called the store, they knew me by name, found the shipment, added the number and she got the package next day. Awesome service
