Chapman Plumbing Co

Had an emergency plumbing issue at work that needed attention. The lady I spoke with was extremely nice and got us squeezed in for service quickly. The man that showed up was very nice and did the job thoroughly and quickly. And we were charged less than quoted by other top rated companies in Meridian (that couldn't fit us in for over a week).

Every time we had an emergency they were polite and knowledgeable about our situation...quick to get back to us plus sending good workers your not afraid to let in your home...From office staff to the crews we are very pleased to do business with Chapman.

Chapman plumbing did good plumbing work...but their pricing was outrageous. If you want to spend a lot of money on plumbing, these are definitely the right guys to take your cash.

I read the negative review but decided to contact these folks anyway because my Mom had always used them and she seemed satisfied with their work.

I was speaking with the receptionist about my plumbing issue. I mentioned the negative review. She started LAUGHING! She said they were well aware of the post and that, "it is a bit of a joke around here." Apparently they don't consider customer satisfaction as being vitally important to their business. I DO !!!

So Chapman Plumbing, you have lost a customer. I will not do business with a business that charges Obscenely high prices AND considers GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE a JOKE !!!

I have been a customer for years. Was just charged $590 to reset a sink. Not a new sink, just reset in the counter was almost $600! Ridiculous and I will no longer be using Chapman plumbing
