Big Creek Park

This park is nice and very clean. There is a beach to swim at, plenty of fishing area, hiking trails, playground, horseshoes, etc...
The restrooms are old but extremely well kept and clean. Plenty of spaces for RVs/Campers as well as a separate area for primitive tent campers. Security is present and is courteous & I'm glad they don't mind keeping the peace during quiet hours.
The ladies at the office make check-in a breeze and are very friendly as well.
I'll definitely be back here and allow more time to enjoy this treasure.

We have stayed here many times over the years & love it! After the Easter storms they had to close because were hit head on & had so much damage lost so many trees, cabins destroyed, just unbelievable. But, They worked hard & finally were able to open in June. We went for the Grand re-opening & it was great! Went back a couple of weeks later for my grandson’s birthday & he had the best birthday ever (his words). The staff are always friendly & helpful & over the years have become friends.

We love this park!! We are on our Honeymoon and couldn’t have picked a better place to go! We rented cabin #2. Its absolutely beautiful! Brand new, very clean and the view from the cabin over looking the lake is gorgeous and peaceful! We will be back ever year for our anniversary!

We really enjoy taking our camper here! Prices are really reasonable & it may only be a few mins from our home but we still feel miles away on a cozy vacation!! Definitely recommend for families!! They have a swim area, playground, places for riding bikes, and of course great fishing! We even bring our kayaks out!! Can’t beat it!! All around great place for the whole family🚲👙🎣🛶⛺

Very quiet. New entrance house with quick registration and very friendly staff. Many rv spots have been up graded. We stay there occasionally and never regret it.

I loved the weekend we were there camping. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Big ten Big Creek reopening was an enjoyment with the family today now we can start back camping and renting cabins fishing and swimming with a small entry fee come and enjoy this atmosphere

We love camping here! The campgrounds are kept clean. We've never had a problem here.

This is a very well kept place. Very nice staff. In all a very pleasant stay. Beautiful views with nice walking trails. Very scenic.

Big 10 campground was awesome. The staff is fabulous. It's clean, you have showers and laundry facilities. The Bungalows are famous for the price. Very, very hospitable. Love it we will be back

Very clean, everything. Grounds were very well maintained. Boat ramp was very clean. People were very friendly and helpful. We planned to go back.

Big Creek is always a family-friendly park. We go every summer and my children love the beach area. The cabins are spacious and big enough for a large family. We'll continue to return.

A beautiful park not far off 84 West! Nice and quiet too!

Awesome place to camp. Been comming here 40 years since I was a kid and will continue till I'm too old to drive. Pets are welcome and our great dane loves it. So much to sniff around lol. Restrooms/showers are old but well kept. All around really great place to camp. Oh and staff are super friendly.

We primitive camped because we were told all the other campsites were filled which turned out to be false. The temps were close to 100 and humid but needed some time in nature. Would have been nice to have had our air conditioner at night so we could sleep and ants almost toted us off in spite of not having any food stuff in out tents. Don't know why we got conflicting info for camper sites. Place gets 4 stars. Staff gets 0 this time.

It's quite and beautiful. Hiking camping and fishing and swimming. We love bringing our camper and staying a few days. Great price not far from Laurel,Miss. Cook out or local food not far away.

A great place to camp or just spend the day!

Had only a day to visit, but it was quite splendid and stayed in a log cabin right on the lake. Beautiful view to wake up to at sunrise. Was a breeze to get to, even in the middle of a storm & it was 10:30 at night. Just have to specify Big Creek Water Park, Soso, Mississippi, when you're telling Google Maps where you want to go.

Has the feel of a state park but you have full hookups. Pull thrus are nice and long. We have class a and towing a pick up. Great price. Also has things to do with kids

It’s beautiful and peaceful. The grounds very well kept. The facilities aren’t lacking either. The staff couldn’t possibly be friendlier. We love it so much that we sold our home and moved here. Yep! It’s a great campground!
