No one should order furniture online ever again when such a talented wood shop exists so close to the furniture capital of the world!!! We were always welcome in their shop! From the first phone call, to collaborative design discussions, then regular updates on progress, and finally delivery of our furniture, the entire process was perfect. Andrew is the man. Andrew and his team were phenomenal to work with during the entire process. Adding some custom pieces to our new home was easy. We had a general vision but Andrew was able to walk the spaces with us; take in our ideas and bring them to life with visual renderings beforehand and the finished products in only a few short weeks. His team installed all of the pieces and made sure everything was perfect for us. They really do go the extra mile to ensure that their product is top of the line. We will be going back to them for our outdoor space next year. 100% recommend.

Andrew and the team at Kerf & Burled are awesome. I needed a table for an office conference room, and with a few discussions we came up with an ideal concept. The team executed perfectly on the idea and delivered the table below with the black epoxy section. I loved it. After about 3-4 months in the dry office environment with a large window providing direct sunlight, the table cupped (warped) and the surface was too uneven. I reached out to Andrew and sent a picture or two, and his FIRST response was, "We will get it fixed up for you, no problem." They picked up the slab in a few days and made a completely new table at no cost. As you can see, it is also beautiful. We couldn't save the first table slab, but it was too beautiful to waste, so we were able to repurpose a section of it into an entryway table that I needed anyway. With the kind of customer service I received, I will definitely be a return customer again.

Andrew did an amazing job providing custom furniture for our new beach home. I found him on Etsy, called, and with the first conversation, knew he would build our furniture. He helped me work through several decisions, to make sure he understood just what we wanted, and was simply a pleasure to work with. He built a beautiful 10ft zinc top trestle table and benches, double barn doors out of reclaimed wood, a wonderful porch bed swing, and a custom light fixture. So cool about the fixture. I sent him a pic from a restaurant in Ft Lauderdale, he had it mocked up the next week and completed the work. Totally satisfied, and will be using Kerf and Burled on any future custom needs.

Kerf & Burled created a work of art for us, and we love it! Andrew helped us design a gorgeous solid wood table with a curved wrestled base and matching benches. The poured concrete top is a dramatic effect and we love the contrast of colors. Andrew is fun to work with and his goal is for his customers to love their furniture. He hit a home run with us!

Andrew is amazing to work with! He took a custom vision from my designer and made it into reality while adding his own special touches to it. He worked with us back and forth to get it perfect and then delivered right to my back porch. He was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend him!

We reached out to Kerf & Burled when we were designing out new Craft Beer & Wine Store in Oak Ridge, NC. We gave Andrew a few ideas and he made them come to life and the bar came out even better then we had hoped or expected. The Bourbon chairs that we purchased are absolutely gorgeous. The craftsmanship is second to none, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a masterpiece on their patio for outdoor enjoyment. I am the envy of all my bussies here in Michigan. Thanks Kerf & Burled!

Best in the business, hands down! Andrew and team worked on our sign, bar substrate, bar facade, bar top (both two bars) and a lot of metal fabrication and all is of the highest quality and appearance. On top of that, they are great guys, efficient, and clean. Metal fabrication, wood work, concrete, etc. these guys can do it all! HIGHLY recommend!

Kerf and burled are some remarkable dudes! They are working on a circle concrete night stand with hexagon honeycomb wood inlays! Put all my trust in them and no needed for worries!

This review should have been done awhile ago. But I paid $2,000 for two custom wooden TV cabinets to be made. He also added an L.E.D. light strip on the back side. They got 42" t.v.'s. They looked amazing.

Buuut, in only about 12 - 18 months time, they have warped & the door one one has completely fell off. The hinge system completely came apart. Screws are coming out because they are so warped. They are beneath a poolhouse & never get wet.

I text him and sent him many photos. He says he'd gladly come fix it. I was happy to hear. It's been 6 months now & he still hasn't made time. Verrry disappointed in his lack of response for someone so talented at woodworking. Now I have to pay someone else to remake them.
