Shane and his crew have always gone above and beyond for both our homes he has worked on. They are consistently fair priced and will always do right by the customer. Their work has always lasted and never had an issue. Gets you on the schedule fast and job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!

We meet Shane and his crew last year when our air went out over a holiday weekend. A mutual friend highly recommended we call Commercial Air Services. They came out immediately a part needed to be replaced everything was closed and so we was not able to get the part so Shane and his amazing guys went to his shop and built the part came back installed it then stuck around to make sure everything worked properly all after 5PM. Then this past weekend our inside unit went completely out. Shane and his guys came straight over today we have a new unit and a cold home to come home to. These guys go above and beyond and that's one thing that's hard to find this day and time is dependable repair service especially at a resonable affordable price. We will personally never use another company.

I am blown away at how great my install of a new unit went! He came and gave me a very good price, they had my old unit pulled and replaced quickly. It looks great and it is amazing how well the new unit works!

I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I forgot to write a review in July when I had Shane and his coworkers work on my ac unit. I had just brought my newborn home and water was leaking everywhere! Thankfully they fixed the problem, and even cleaned the water for me!

I have used CAS on 2 different occasions. Both new units in 2 different homes. Shane and his team were there quickly to install brand new high quality Rheem air conditioning units. Could not be happier with the service, quality of work done and best of all, the savings on the monthly bill. Fair pricing, quick installs and great work. Do not hesitate to call them!

Contacted Shane about my air conditioner being on its last leg, he responded and came out and gave me a quote that really blew my mind on how inexpensive it was! I was skeptical but I relied on these other great reviews and just by meeting him and him showing great character. He installed my unit inside and out in just a few hours and I would recommend him time and time again just for his professional, great quality, and just many many more reason you should give this guy a call for all your air conditioning and heating needs. Would recommend him 100 times out 100 times.

Ordered a washer/dryer combo several weeks back from a local big box retailer. After a couple of delivery date changes, arrival day finally here. Called retailer day of delivery and come to find out, wait for it! They don't do set up. That was at 10:30 AM. Silly me, I thought all that was settled and understood at the purchase. Now in a panic, I started looking for someone that might be able to come that day. After several disappointing calls, I landed on Commercial Air Services and spoke with Shane. I explained my unfortunate situation and asked if he did installs and can you come TODAY. Expecting a "hey not today", he said yes and what time. Well the delivery was several hours late. When the truck finally showed up, it was 2:30 on a Friday. Texted Shane "can you come now?" He said yes but was an hour away. WOW! You talk about committed and reliable, here it is. Don't get this kinda service very often. What a relief. Nicest man, knowledgeable, professional and ready to work. He and his partner were done in about 45 minutes. He even cleaned up the trash and took it with him. Saved me several hours at least on an install I didn't want to do and didn't have time or the energy. These guys are top notch and talk about a fair price! Thank you Commercial Air Services for helping me get out of a stressful situation.

I called Shane over at Commercial Air Services for an AC issue, it just wasn't getting cool... he came out and fixed it for me pretty quick and for a good price. Since he done such a good job with the AC repair I called him a few weeks later to install a heater in a mobile home for me, I couldn't be more pleased with his work, no problems at all Shane is very knowledgeable and professional and the price was good. I will recommend Commercial Air Services from now on to anyone.

It all started when my AC unit went out. They came out and performed their evaluation that night - late at night.

They ordered my new unit and installed it as soon as it arrived. I was impressed because they offered to bring me a window unit until the new unit could be installed.

The installation went smoothly and once again they stayed late to finish the job and get me air. Awesome job and cleaned everything up when done.

Then ………. I had built a shop and needed to get it wired and functional.

Once again they came out and gave me a bid. I accepted the bid and the installed the outlets (20) in my shop, the lighting in my shop (6 LED strips) and the new meter box. In addition the wired outlets and lighting to my wife’s she shed, wired my outdoor kitchen and moved my hot tub over and reworked it.

This was a big job and I am very happy with the outcome.

In case anyone doesn’t understand my comment to put it simply I will call them again any time I need something done. I am a very satisfied customer because they did a superb job.

And their communication during both processes was spot on.

Shane came out on a Saturday morning and fixed our unit! He also just replaced our entire a/c unit inside and outside, and replaced our thermostat! He is a good at what he does!! Call him for any a/c work you need!!
