Delta Downs Racetrack, Hotel & Casino

We have been going to Delta Downs for over 20 years. My wife and I love it. Went 3 times in February and we hit 5 jack pots totaling over $11,000. Bets ranged from $3.00 to $8. Penny and dollar machines. Have our room booked for March 24th to try for another one!

We had a great time. Loss sum won sum. Only slots no tabled. Drinks are free waitress great. Security great. I eat a 🍔 at gator grill. It was small but not bad 🍟 good and alot of them. Only Pepsi products but water Gatorade and coffee I think. It only cost 12.95 with tax. We got there around 730 am om a Saturday parked up front. They offer free valet also. So for quick fun trip give them a try. Can not answer about rooms but it looked nice.

It has been awhile since l last stayed at Delta.Always walked away with winning more than l started with.loved the Hotel.
Did bring family along,they enjoyed the Hotel also.But l did have free rooms from time to time.Go to Kickapoo now,but Delta is so much more a happy place to drive from San Antonio.Mrs Carter

We come once a month or more That should tell you about our experience but I’ll continue.
We eat at both restaurants I’m picky but I am with everything, but I have found many items on menu’s that I love. Everyone’s taste is different so don’t give negative reviews just try it all.
Beds are ok, but as with anyplace there’s no place like your own bed and fans and Airconditioner.
Nice back road drive from Katy Texas. Never encountered anyone being rude. Won many times but we replay our winnings most of time.
We never encountered any rough people in casino as we have in casinos.
We enjoy the size of casino not walking around in circles trying to find way out or to restaurants. Our check in staff Austin has always been pleasant.
Will see y’all again soon

Excellent place to go gamble, plenty of slot machines of all denominations, very nice hotel rooms and wonderful Sports Bar

A little out of the way but definitely a great atmosphere! Speedy drink service and great slots. Hopefully they add tables soon.

The casino is doing a great job with cleanliness and hospitality. They have wonderful customer service.

So much fun to see our horses race. Even got my picture taken in the Winners Circle. American smooth!

I frequent Delta Downs more often than the other casinos that are in the area nearby because of the great experience that I have every time that I come here, I am never disappointed. My host Rachelle is always there to check to see if I need anything for that I am very grateful. The casino has plenty of slots and the lizard cafe has very good food. The rooms are always very clean. I will continue to be a guest for many years to come and I always tell my friends that Delta Downs Hotel & Casino is the place to go!

A year ago I wrote a "not so good" review however after visiting recently, I am rating 5 stars!! Service was excellent, rooms clean, easy check-in/out and I love the new Modern design of the casino! Bell service was the best thanks to Cutter. He went "above and beyond" in assisting us with loading our luggage and mobility scooter. We had a great time and will be back soon! Keep up the good work Delta Downs!!!!

I have no complaints about this place other than the room we stayed in. It was so dirty.
I found a hair pen in the bathroom with hair on it. Every light fixture in that room was Dusty. The card that they put on the bed had brown stains on it and they still put it on the bed. Trash had not been taken out. Old sopa in tray. You could tell no one went to clean the room.

Had a fun afternoon at the casino. Played games and visited.

Got a hand pay on my first visit! Folks in the cage where kind of rude and short with me. Staff working on the floor were nice, pleasant, helpful. Will return

Great place to visit casino slots inside and horse racing outside. Had a great time at this place. People are really helpful if it's your first time betting on horse racing.

I love this place always have fun won a little but had a good time. They have the nicest rooms huge tub. And the hot tub is awesome.

This is the first time I have stayed overnight here. I had an issue with the first room assigned to me after speaking with the front desk they quickly and without issue gave me another room, which was great. The room are clean with comfortable beds and a great shower. At the actual casino, it wasn't crowded and the winnings were nil for myself.....Maybe I will have better luck another trip

Beyond the casino, there were plenty of other amenities to enjoy, including multiple restaurants and bars, a fitness center, and a beautiful pool area. The resort also had a convenient location easy access to I10

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Delta Downs Casino and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable getaway in Louisiana.
