Do not do business here! I bought a used truck that literally had 2 tires break off 45 hours after owning it! It took 2 months for him to finally get a new title for the vehicle, I bought it on a Saturday afternoon and Monday morning the back passenger wheels fall off. Before buying the truck, I asked Bob multiple times if there was anything other than what I could see wrong with it, he kept saying no. He also gave me a passing safety inspection. Yes I understand buying a used truck it's not going to be perfect, but the wheels shouldnt fall off! I had another well known shop do another safety inspection on it and they didn't even inspect the whole truck before they found a list of issues with it. Even had Troop C, the highway patrol, inspect it and they said it definitely shouldn't have passed safety. Tried going back to Bob the next day to get my money back for selling me an unsafe vehicle and he kept fighting me on it because he's "never given money back in the 40+ years he's been in business" I'm surprised he's still in business with how he runs it. Came to an agreement that he would sell the truck on consignment since he wouldn't just take it back. After 2 weeks of waiting he called me back offering $700 lower than what I paid for it. After talking with him got him up to about $250 shy of what I paid and I finally gave up and just took it because I wanted to be done dealing with him. Don't Do Business With Grosse Brothers Cars!!! Bad cars and bad customer Service!!
