Save A Lot

Today was a good day to go to Save a Lot! Apparently, a delivery truck arrived. Employees were quickly stocking shelves. Many of my favorites that they didn't have in previous weeks were there today in an abundance. They had Chicken salad,which they have been out of for weeks! They had great looking produce, bananas which even monkeys would have thrown away were there Sunday; however they have great looking ones today.."Chiquita" bananas are my favorite and that's what they carry.
They have little speciality items like
Chuck's of pineapple that are so sweet in coconut milk. Haw! It's great! Big chunks of Ruby Red grapefruit, easily equal to a large fresh one in a small sealed container, that's my husband's favorite. Fresh grapes delicious...green or seedless red, I resisted the temptation to get some who obviously shops there more frequently than I do, told me that they should be on sale next week because they put them on sale, every 3 to 4 wks. They were $1.99 a pound today...on sale they are usually $1.49
Per pound. I love chatting with bthe coustomers and learning from them
And sharing what little I may know. The store is clean and the cashiers are super nice. They bag your groceries and while you are paying they even put your groceries in your buggy for you. I want to help keep stores like this open. They provide a fine service for our neighborhoods and are extremely helpful to handicap

This place will make you gain weight because their groceries are so cheap 2 shopping carts full for $150 i literally pay that for 2 bags at walmart and the employees are very nice and very helpful and unlike other places you go to they actually have more than 1 cashier so theres never long lines its fast and easy to shop here

Can't beat the prices here! Best place to get a case of water, $1.99. Nice friendly folks!
