Best Western Kirkwood Inn

We were moving to a different state and stopped in St. Louis. The place was cozy and it was really convenient with all shops and groceries nearby. We did have hot water when we arrived. The only thing that needed improvement would be the speed of the check-in process.

Very nice motel. Check in was very smooth. People extremely nice. Helpful. Courteous. Professional. Definitely would stay again. Excellent choice. Breakfast was great.

I had to stop unexpectedly on my way through town due to some car issues and am so glad I decided to stay here!
Robert was SO kind and helpful getting me checked in last minute and late at night, he also helped me get my stuff to my room. Gladys checked me out in the morning and finished off my stay with more great service!

This facility met and exceeded ALL expectations. Layover on trip to Navy graduation — Great Lakes. I’m so glad I chose this spot. Customer service before during & after was better than any hotel I’ve stayed in for business or personal. After my stay, I had left some items. Great location! Numerous stores & restaurants within walking distance. Chili's within the motel. Friendly & helpful staff. Clean, spacious room. Great breakfast.

Nice spot to charge our EV overnight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is not very walkable, but it's not a far drive to nice places in Kirkwood or St Louis.

Had a good night here. Lots of food places/stores close by. Room was clean & comfortable. Wish they had USB ports in rooms. Couldn't charge my phone. Staff very friendly. Deshon was cool to talk to! I would stay here again. I'm a truck driver & don't get to stay at many hotels. But I liked this one.🤪

It was a nice room seemed clean. Carpet could be replaced but with any hotel that is true do to people wearing it out and staining it. Bed was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, biscuit and gravy, sausage, toast, scrambled eggs, yogurt, muffins, bagels, waffles, cereal, juice, milk and coffee. And I'm sure I missed something. Staff was there making sure tables were clean and everything was running smoothly. Nice location to walk to dinner several places to chose from.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would definitely! Whatever you are paying Gladys is not enough. Everything from check in until we left was wonderful. We will be staying here every time we are in St Louis.

The room was alright The bathroom was really small and I found a swimming suit on the floor it wasn't ours so they don't move furniture when they clean the breakfast there was good

It has been a long time since I received such amazing guest service. The front desk staff greeted us like they were delighted we were there, my 5 year old thought they were all her new buddies! Any staff you met in hall were pleasant and continued the great service.
The room, pool, lobby, breakfast area were clean and welcoming, with a nice breakfast.
We stayed 2 nights and have absolutely no complaints!

My family had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Alex, who was at the front desk when we checked in, was very efficient, friendly and helpful. It was the quickest check in we have ever had at a hotel. We even had to change a couple of things about our reservation and Alex took care of it seamlessly! The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting St Louis. Location was convenient for Botanical Garden and City Museum - easy drive from the hotel to the attractions. Room was comfortable and clean. Common areas of hotel were clean. Breakfast was good, standard options. Deshon was friendly and did a great job replenishing and keeping the area clean. The outdoor pool was very well maintained, clean, and towels were restocked. Robert was wonderful at check in and answering questions - always a smile. We would stay again. Really enjoyed our dinner at Mellow Mushroom just down the road.

One of the best stays I've had recently!! With so much within a short walk or drive, this is definitely a prime location!!!

My kids loved it and want to stay here everytime we visit family now. They obviously have women management because feminine products are free! (Thank you from this tired mom.) Outdoor pool was good for kids in the heat. I was nervous because there were large groups visiting during our stay and thought they would keep us awake all night, but everyone settled in after 10. 3 nights. No issues. Great restaurants in parking lot.

We stayed at this place for the night while traveling Route 66. We are especially delighted with the quality of service and the friendly attitude of the staff. Special thanks to Alex, who helped us a lot at check-in.
Very clean room and bedding. Breakfast tasty and warm. During our travels we often sleep in different places. In this one you can rest peacefully and gain strength for further travel. Definitely recommend.

The best hotel I've stayed in. Fancy TV great view great staff.

Room was very clean, everytime I've stayed. Desk clerk was great help, I walk with a cane and he gave me a room close to ice machine , an drinks machine, was always stocked. Room was close to Breakfast area and Chilli's Restaurant. Everytime I've been there before I was treated very well. Restaurant offered delivery to the room, or pick up with discount for being in the Hotel. Looking forward to using the pool now it's summer. Very well located to train station, and nursing home my mom is in. Taxi service was lousy using Uber, was overcharged and dropped off at wrong building. Lyft, and County cabs great timing, good prices every month the same. Desk clerk was so helpful with me getting the cabs, and downloading the app for them. I will not stay anywhere else every month when I go to Kirkwood Mo.

Great hotel! The room was nice and very clean, with an inviting atmosphere - very sleek and elegant without being cold! Check-in was fast and efficient, which was awesome since everyone was exhausted from the drive. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are soft.

Rob at the front desk was particularly fantastic - when I made the reservation, I asked for a cute towel animal in the "other requests" section, because I really, really like towel art. Rob went above and beyond by creating not one but two - an adorable mouse and a snake guarding the TV remote. This seems like a small thing, but I wasn't really expecting my request to be fulfilled, and it made me incredibly happy. Rob was also very friendly and courteous, even to an oddball like me.

If you're passing through or staying in St. Louis, I'd highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms were very clean, the staff were absolutely amazing, very polite, friendly, and they went out of their way to help us. This made our visit very enjoyable. The outdoor pool was a lot of fun and a great place to hang out with the family. The only hotel pool that is 9 feet deep at one point. Breakfast was acceptable.
