Comfort Suites St. Louis - Sunset Hills

Very nice hotel! Perfect for a stay prior to surgery. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Would love to own the sheets and pillows myself. Loved the atmosphere. Also a plus that the bathroom had full sized shampoo and body soap and lotion. Only drawback was the towels were not as luxurious as the bed sheets! Definitely would stay again!!

This motel was amazing. We got in late and the front desk staff was quick and friendly. It was the first choice hotel on our vacation for 2 weeks that recognized us an elite member and offered some extra snacks for that. The kids loved the soda machine in the lobby it is a nice little touch. Our room was clean and air was on when we got there. The breakfast offered many options so each of us had something we could eat. This is a nice place to stay and in a wonderful area near St. Louis! Thanks for a great experience!

This is such a great hotel in the St. Louis area. We found the lobby and our room clean and inviting. The entire inside and outside of the hotel has plants and it just added a super fun touch to our stay!

Really couldn’t ask for much better service after a late night check in. It’s very clear that they care and want to go the extra mile for their customers. The beds were a bit stiff but comfortable enough.

Breakfast was good with lots of options and they also had a little snack and food area for customers as well. Such a nice touch that I know we super appreciated!

My only complaint was that the hotel smelled of cleaning products. Which isn’t bad - I just found it a bit strong in some places.

This hotel is 2.5 years old and looks like it opened yesterday. When I walked into the lobby, I thought, "WOW!" The lobby was beautiful, filled with live plants, and had very comfortable seating (which was great for the manager's reception each afternoon.) There was many different snacks available, not only during breakfast and the happy hour, but all day long! The breakfast was a typical free breakfast, but the seating area was nice, comfortable, and clean. The smiling attendants during breakfast were available, helpful, and always asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. We require a handicap-accessible room when we travel, and this was the largest we've ever experienced. It also had a roll-in shower with a shower seat, which made it perfect for my wife. I just can't say enough good things about this location. Choice Hotels has been off our radar for awhile, but it is back on big-time!

Just completed a great weekend two night stay at this hotel. The place looks like it’s brand new! Rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean with spotless walk-in showers. Hotel staff was outstanding, going above and beyond to accommodate our group of several extended family members. Complimentary snacks and soft drinks were a plus as well. I’d certainly stay here again!

This was the best Comfort Inn and Suites I’ve ever stayed at. Lots of added extras helped to make the stay memorable. We were greeted with warm freshly baked cookies. They provided nachos and soft drinks daily as well as items one might have forgotten such as toothbrushes, etc. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast well done. I recommend them,

The help desk persons were very friendly and helpful. In addition, the place was clean and beds are very comfortable. I will stay here over and over. We travel a lot, but this is the best hotel this far. My family loved it. It's worth every penny

The cleanliness of this hotel, the friendly, efficient staff, the perks of evening treats for Choice Privilege members, an excellent breakfast selection and its location to shopping and restaurants are all good reasons to stay here. Our check in and check out were both handled by a super sweet, informative woman. We stayed here while I was going through chemotherapy, and the staff treated me with special consideration, but that hasn’t stopped in our later stays!

#1 No pets allowed was a important policy of mine!! Allergies and no dogs have been in the beds is important to me! I had myself and 2 of my children's families stay to break up a long drive to our final destination. They loved the hotel. We thought it was very well-kept, clean, bright and the breakfast had a big selection for everyone. Complimentary lemon water and fruit was a nice surprise. The only complaint was the pool was so inviting and clean but too cold! I couldn't get used to it, and then got out. The other adults didn't go in when they felt the temperature.

As a Platinum Choice member, I stay at a lot of Choice hotels in a year. This one gets my highest rating for many reasons. The staff is delightful. Front desk, Breakfast crew, housekeeping, all! There are amenities in the lobby such as free soda, ear plugs, fruit, tissues, etc. There is a lovely sitting area in the lobby where my nephew played chess on a giant chess board while listening to the water fall. The location allows patrons to walk to two restaurants and Bass Pro Shop. Many other stores and restaurants are nearby. It is easy access to the highways. 20 minutes from downtown. About the same to the airport. My nephew went to the pool 3 times and met kids to play with 2 of 3 visits. We LOVE this place!!! See you soon.

Location was easy to access from my home location. It was also relatively easy to get downtown and also to the St. Charles area from there.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is near a busy intersection, but the lobby and room were very quiets. The room was well appointed and comfortable, and I slept great on the king bed. The breakfast selection was more than adequate, and a great way to start the day.

We had our family reunion here and they were super friendly and accommodating! Most of our group stayed in the hotel. We were able to access the meeting room for privacy as well as use the breakfast area as needed. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was top notch! Thank you for the hospitality!

I am more than happy to write this review. A few months ago I stayed at this hotel and had a not so pleasant experience with the front desk clerk that left a bad taste in my mouth. I took time then to write a review about the situation. I was contacted by management and they cared! They heard me, they understood, and THEY CARED! I was asked to give them another chance, and I must say it was an excellent experience. They did all within their power to make my stay comfortable and they far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean, has many conveniences, and the staff exhibited the utmost professionalism. I will definitely remain a loyal customer. The service was top tier. They were super accommodating and friendly. The hotel was very well kept. The location of the hotel was great, because it was close enough to everything we wanted to access, but not so close that it was over run with people. They had a really good breakfast and a evening kickback that was pleasant. We fully enjoyed our stay and would most certainly recommend if you are in the area.

Fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms are large and quiet. They have a decent pool and breakfast is good at 6:30 to 10am Monday-Friday and 7am on Sat and Sun. Parking is tight right now but they are expanding the parking lot. You can always park behind the Irish Pub as the lot is connected and owned by the hotel. They have a free soda dispenser by the front desk that is available 24 hours. Try this spot out as it definitely worth the stay.

As soon as you walk into this hotel in St. Louis, the atmosphere is inviting and clean. We loved everything about this hotel, the room we stayed in with 2 beds and a sofa that converts into a bed was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and even left us a sweet note. When we needed extra bedding they were very accommodating. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

From check in to check out, our stay was fantastic. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive, going above and beyond. We arrived over an hour before check in and were accommodated with our room immediately. It was/had been raining, and there were employees tending to the wet floors and high traffic areas throughout the afternoon. All were friendly and greeted us with smiles. Our room was very clean and comfortable. At 8am, the breakfast area was busy, but well stocked and the employees were visible and friendly. There was construction being done around the hotel parking lot, but it didn't affect our stay at all.

This is the best value in St Louis by far. We upgraded to an L-shaped corner suite that had a private sitting area. Worth the extra money to let my child sleep a little longer then I could get some work done.

Check in was easy and breakfast was excellent. The staff there was even putting more food out with only 5 minutes to go in the service. I don't think I've ever seen that before. They were very nice. Everyone should get them a tip when they eat. Just a few dollars is always appreciated by them.

If you want your hotel service every day you have to tell the front desk. But they did so without an issue. Always came back to a nice clean room.

This was my first time to do massage in St. Louis. I chose this location in Sunset Hills because I knew it was safe, a good location for my clients, and I felt like it would be comfortable. It was a 10+ for location, amenities, guest services, friendliness, food, cleanliness, everything you could possibly want in a hotel, plus a working pool. The staff was so attentive to my needs. They went out of their way to help me with whatever request I had. They even provide a snack in the evening. It's great. Hot dogs and nachos. Yum. Thank you for everything. And oh did I mention the place is just gorgeous.

My husband and I stayed at this Comfort Inn and Suites as a getaway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the shower, It was the perfect size and the water felt soft. Everything we could possibly need was at our reach. From food and drinks within the hotel during breakfast and snack hours, and other restaurants within walking distance. As soon as we walked into the hotel, we smelled and saw the cleanliness of the establishment a definite plus. Our rooms were just as clean and very comfortable. I didn’t swim but I visited the pool area and it was nice , too. I enjoyed the fully equipped gym. We will definitely stay again!
