Great experience at Kansas City, MO rental car station. The employee was very friendly and didn't rush me through the process even though there was a line. The car I rented what was described to me when I ordered it through Southwest Airlines. The rental process was seamless, and the shuttle got me to the airport in plenty of time. There were no unexpected or extra charges on my bill. I hope this helps.
