Great breakfast with several choices, both hot and cold. The room was clean and everything worked. We did have a small problem with a leaking window during rain, but the hotel staff was quick to help and now they know about the leak, too. I am happy with my stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again.

clean comfortable bed. great room amenities, and staff. good TV and wifi. excellent full breakfast. free airport shuttle. room rate was great but the $17 added due to different taxes was a bummer but it beats paying for food at the airport and getting an UBER.

We had a great stay. The hotel staff throughout our stay was very friendly, and helpful. The rooms were very nice and very updated. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Definitely will visit again next time we are in the area.

I was only there a few hours just to sleep BUT because of the exceptional service alone if i am in the area again this will be the place i stay. I checked in close to 9pm but the gentleman at the counter was so nice asking me a few questions about my trip and taking the time to know me by conversation. In was only there to stay because my flight left fairly early as i was actually visiting Manhattan kansas so it was just easier to have someone drive me out the night before, The gentleman was quick to offer me a soda and get me checked in. He also arranged for myself and another guest staying there to be taken to the airport well before the time they offered as a service. Breakfast did not start until a few hours later but he had coffee and juice machine on for us and prepared a bag breakfast. How thoughtful!!!! Just honestly nice person and a great room

Very clean and comfortable rooms, with excellent beds and bedding, microwave, refrigerator, and separate seating area. it has a very nice 816 Bistro for quaffs and burgers, sandwiches etcetera. There’s also a very nice heated pool, well equipped exercise room and business center. Everyone on staff was genuinely welcoming and friendly. Well done, thank you.

Great location near the airport. Very friendly staff that recognized and thanked me for my diamond status and even gave me a welcome gift. Room was super clean and quiet. Delicious fresh pancakes for breakfast. Beautiful experience.

I needed a room by the airport a day before my flight with transportation to the airport. This place is clean, tastefully decorated, it has very friendly and accommodating staff. To top it off the price is extremely affordable. I will stay here on future trips to Kansas City! Much better than sleeping on a couch at my sister’s house! Thank you Best Western!

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Good verity for breakfast, but the gravy and scrambled eggs were cold. Pool was small and not very clean. Issues with internet, we couldn’t check in till 5, because I used points I had to get different key card for second night.

Amazingly gracious and helpful staff. Gave us a late check out when arrived in middle of night after flight and even threw in free snacks. Arranged airport shuttle for just us on the spot. Playing nice TV news station in lobby. Can’t recommend too highly.

After spending a week in different hotels across the USA this was definitely the best experience. Especially the staff here were so much more knowledgeable and helpful then at any other place I had been the past week

We stayed here for two nights while in Kansas City for a sporting event. Check in person was very welcoming and process was quick. Room was very clean with updated fixtures and furniture. Plenty of hot water and a great hot breakfeast in the morning. Overall a very clean and well managed hotel.

I can't say enough about the night crew. The guy running the desk was so accommodating and helpful, definitely deserves a raise or something!

My reason for choosing this hotel was the airport shuttle offered and it did not disappoint. Friendly, helpful drivers and a good schedule. There is also a restaurant on site, which I didn't know about but according to a couple of guests I spoke to, it's pretty good. I left before breakfast unfortunately. The room was clean, quiet and well kitted out.

I choose Best western's quite often now. My last couple years experience with this company has been satisfying. The hotels are exactly what you want. When you're staying away from home, they're comfortable. They're clean. They're usually close to where you need to be. The breakfast is phenomenal! I was at a hotel next door. It was almost quarter of the price more and I got a better deal. Came to Best Western and I was very happy. Great place. The staff is very helpful and this location was just incredibly nice. It's close to the airport but I drove into Kansas City, Missouri. Either way, I enjoyed the peaceful area there. Very quiet location

We arrived quite late after a very long drive for our stay, the gentleman at the front desk (K.K) was warm and friendly. He greeted us with a smile and despite it being a very long day for him he was great! When I got up early in the morning the manager Craig, assisted me with checking on my rewards, and when ended chatting awhile. Friendly and professional! The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff was even friendly. Staff really makes this place!

Spacious room! Had a faulty air conditioner in my room, fan barely moved and it kept shutting off. I told the front desk, maintenance came by and assessed the issue. The manager said they would have a new one installed in 20 min. 15 min later, a brand spanking new entire unit was installed. The difference is night and day compared to the older unit. Great service! 5 stars.

We arrived without reservations. The front desk clerk listened to our story and what we needed. He then went straight to work on trying to meet our accommodation needs. He did! At the best rate possible too!! I am a rewards member with Best Western, so that's one reason I stay at their hotels. The room is very nice and spacious. The bathroom has a handrail on the shower/tub combo to help with getting in and out. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tv, and remote in the room. A/C works great!
