Hampton Inn Kansas City-Airport

I just stayed one night and left my truck for 4 days, using the park and pay. It went flawlessly, to the airport on the shuttle and from the kc airport on the hotel shuttle. Don't forget you do need to call them when you have your bags on your return. I would highly recommend, far cheaper and more convenient than parking at the long-term parking.

Weather prevented me from being picked up at the airport and this was booked last minute. Everyone was extremely nice from the gentleman that picked me up from the airport to Hiba at the desk. The location was central enough to order instacart and uber eats. Their remodel was amazing and the room was super nice and clean.

Beautiful room, very clean and it smelled amazing. Breakfast was decent, lots of choices. Close to the airport with a shuttle.

I often travel to and through Kansas City for work and really like this hotel. Even when I forgot my travel pillow the stay before last they were kind and didn’t act dismissively. Mostly I was upset with myself - not them - for being so forgetful and appreciated their professionalism.

Hotel was newly renovated, well decorated, smelled nice, room was clean, breakfast was tasty, and exercise room was a good size with a room just of cardio separate from the weights.

Great location if flying out of Kansas City airport.

When I checked in, I had to wait for several long minutes for desk clerk to come check me in otherwise great service.

The customer service was top tier. I came for the Beyonce Concert. They had rooms available for me to check in a little early. The shuttle picked us up, allowed us to grab food and dropped us off at the airport. I would stay again. Only issue the ice machine on the first floor didn’t work but the one on my floor did.

I booked this location, knowing it was under renovation. The rooms were complete and beautiful. The young man that checked me in was polite enough however didn't ask me what time I'd like a shuttle even though I paid for airport parking so I went back and asked for the first shuttle out and was told yes. When I arrived for my shuttle, it was full, and I had to take the next one. Thankfully, I was still on time for my flight. However, I wish I would have slept for 20 more minutes. My suggestion is to make sure every shuttle is scheduled so there is no confusion in the morning. The shuttle van was old and running on an almost flat tire. Your rooms are gorgeous, but you could use a new or newer van. I work at an airport hotel and know how these reviews work, so enjoy the 5 stars cause the staff deserves them. The owners or property management company, however, doesn't. Fix your van and fix your shuttle schedule.

Great location, great staff.. Rooms were a little small but very nice and clean. Breakfast was not exactly up to par with other Hampton Inns, but it was edible.

Great customer service. Flew in and landed at KCI called front desk and they sent out a shuttle driver. His name was Rick very courteous. First time using new KCI, he told us where to meet and was waiting for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND using park ride then fly.

Very recently remodeled, wonderful staff, and free breakfast! Loved the feeling of being a clean room.

Very friendly service all around and the room was really nice! I think we got one of the newly remodeled ones and it was great. Everyone that worked here was very kind as well and they got us to the airport on time.

To me the best hotel near the airport and plenty of great restaurants close by

So here's the deal, I give the five stars because they adjusted the price accordingly. Yes there is construction. It is visible. But I visited their website and it says on there that the pool is closed, breakfast is modified, but fitness room is open. Good communication is all I ask for. I needed something close to the airport that had a shuttle. My room was adequate and clean. The shuttle driver was friendly, front desk lady helpful when I asked about food (handout of places, numbers, and hours that deliver). There are no restaurants nearby. this hotel does not have a restaurant however there's a gas station within walking distance that has sandwiches, food to heat up, etc. The free breakfast had a lot of choices. Heat up sandwiches, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, juice, etc. I got what I expected plus above average service and breakfast so 5 stars!

If I could give 10 starts, I would. Room was clean and bed was cozy. The staff members here are genuinely kind, professional and will go out their way to help you and see to it that your stay peaceful. I didn't have any problems while I stayed and I would stay again. In fact, although this Hampton is little older than some of the Hampton's I've stayed with, it is clean and cozy. I don't understand any negative review or feedback because my stay was perfect and what a stay at a Hilton brand should be.

I stayed in the Hampton for 3 days while on a work trip. The room that was booked for me was incredible. Beautiful king size bed with warm clean bedding. The bathroom was immaculately clean. While on my trip I did some exploring and this hotel is only minutes away from some shopping centers. I loved it. Oh and they bake fresh cookies all day long!

Needed a place to stay by the airport for an event that happened the next day. Everything was great. Room was good sized, bed comfortable, and everything was clean. No complaints. If I had to make a con, it would be that the closet was small. If staying for a week or more, would have had more clothes to hang up than closet available.
