Our tour guide was awesome and always on top of his pun game! Lots of fun for everyone including the kids. Lots of information, trivia, jokes, and of course the best part - alligator petting! We did the basic tour plus the photo op and also alligator catching for the kids and one adult for supervision so the other one could take pictures of the event. We ended up upgrading our tour tickets from that day to an annual pass so we could visit a few more times this year. All of us including the kids really enjoyed the entire experience and can't wait to go back! Thank you so much to our tour guide! I'm sorry we forgot your name in all the alligator excitement 😅 but we really enjoyed the experience! Hope you enjoy the pictures we took!

Really a good experience with my family. My two kids (3 and 4) loved feeding and holding the animals. The staff was kind and likable and very informative.

Best experience ever!! We simply loved it! It was our first time petting gators. We learned a lot in this tour and the tour guides were very kind to answer all our questions. The best part was playing with the gators in the pool. One the coolest things we’ve ever done!

I brought my daughter for her birthday. We had a great time. There were so many things I didn't know about alligators. it was so interesting. The staff was so much fun. I would definitely go again. Take the 1130 tour so you have time to go eat in Abita after.

10 out of 10 would recommend. Paying a little extra to catch the baby alligators was worth it. Staff are knowledgeable and very patient with tiny humans. The facility was both safe and clean.

My daughter and I did this yesterday. It was so informative and so much fun! The staff were welcoming, and helpful, and the alligators were amazing. I love having the opportunity of a hands on experience, and this did not disappoint! I’ll be back for the hatching in August!

Nit only was this a fun event for all ages but the price is fantastic. It was equally entertaining and informative. The gentleman that lead the tour was funny and made the entire experience. A must for visiting Louisiana.

FANTASTIC time all around for both adults and our 5yo!!! Very easy to book and find the location. Beautiful Louisiana country side with welcoming folks making for a great visit. We enjoyed the educational talk, viewing the differences between alligators and crocodiles but the real show stopper was the barn with the alligators! What an experience to be that close while learning so much about this ancient animal. My husband did the catch/hold a croc experience which was awesome. Can't miss this when visiting New Orleans or surrounding area especially if you have kids or are interested in learning about the culture, environment and conservation!

What a pleasant surprise...this Louisiana attraction was such a hit with not only my kiddos, but the whole family! Actually, I booked for the wrong date, but the staff was super accommodating! Royce has such a breadth of knowledge of the American alligator and crocodilians in general. We we often found ourselves in stitches during his tour and learned TON too! We handled, fed and learned all about the species. Totally worth the drive! Highly recommend for young and old alike!

It was an experience! The staff is knowledgeable and it was entertaining and educational. We had a great time holding and touching the alligators. It would have been more enjoyable if we had the option to have a private tour but I can understand time constraints etc. I just wish the catch pool experience had been a little more involved 🐊🤩 but for the price and experience it is well worth a visit!!

Fun place to learn about FL gator conservation program and even better, to see the gators up close. It's worth it to pay the extra to handle the baby gators especially for kids.

Me and my ~adult~ friends had so much fun here! Any travelers looking for an alligator excursion, this is a great place to get your gator fix! We stayed in New Orleans, 1 hour Uber drive out there, and no problem getting an Uber back from there. I’ve done the swamp tours, and I enjoyed this hands on experience even more. Definitely add the “Catch a Gator” to your experience!!
The guys running the ranch were so great with the kids in our group too, they deserve a medal!! Very knowledgeable and made everyone feel safe and welcome. 10/10 recommend!

Instagator ranch was amazing. For my 30th birthday all I wanted to do was hold an alligator. This experience turned out to be so much more! Royce was fun and engaging, he didn’t rush you, he was knowledgeable and had interesting facts. Hands down a memory I’ll cherish for a lifetime.

This place was great, A+! The tour guide Royce was the best! His knowledge of the gators and interaction with the crowd was great! His sense of humor has us laughing the whole time. I recommend the add on “ Catch a Gator” it’s $5 on top of the $18 adult admission and well worth it! Learned a lot about the program they provide. You can also do group pictures as a add on. Most of the gators are 3-4 ft. They don’t do feedings, you do get to toss them a few marshmallows. They do have some larger ones but are only available to see certain days. Keep in mind this is a Hatchery & farm, they are not in any habitat

Insta-Gator Ranch is ALWAYS a go-to when guests are visiting from out of town, especially with kids. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The tour guides are incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. We’ve been when it’s raining and when it’s ridiculously hot, and the ranch does an outstanding job of keeping its guests comfortable. Definitely worth the visit.
