The Grand Hotel

Second time staying here. Hotel and rooms always clean and safe. Just getting expensive for my budget.

This hotel is a beautiful place, the rooms are cold and comfy, just what we needed after our six hour drive and six hours of drinking and gambling. The beds are soft, the linens are soft as well and very comfortable. The only complaint or warning I would give is that the toilet is low, so if you are older or struggle you might want to keep this in mind. Other that I highly recommend!

It was my first time staying at this place. Arrived at 3:20pm room wasn’t ready. They kept my bags with them and did walk around the casino. Didn’t took longer than few minutes when I received a text saying room was ready.
The front desk was very nice and fast!
The place is nice and very secure however the shower glass doors need some more attention otherwise everything was nice and clean.
Most of the casino attached hotels have bad smoke odor but this one was very fresh.
I will definitely book again in the same place next time.

Clean, spacious rooms. The rooms had very comfortable beds, pillows are fluffy and cool, soft while still being Supportive enough that you did not sink into them. The bed was very comfortable and relaxing. The rooms had ample storage space, in our room I counted a total of 13 separate drawers. There is a mini fridge, safe in the top dresser drawer, microwave, shower has both a front and over head shower heads. The shower itself was nice and had a shelf built in to hold your bathing products. There is also a railing in the shower if its needed. The showers had a good bit of room, in them. The room itself also has blackout curtains which were wonderful after a long night of playing in the casino. The lighting the room was amazing. There was various lighting options. They have lights along the top of the bed, and entertainment center, lights that a recessed into parts of the room, each of these lighting options had there own switch. This provided that ability to have a lower light setting, but still be able to get around and do what you need to get done. The elevators from the lobby to to get upstairs in the Grand are private, this means if you are not staying onsite you will not be able to get upstairs. The elevator requires that you tap your room key to access the elevators, this only from the lobby, going back down was a simple button push. The elevators were quick, responsive, and well kept. In the lobby there is a bell hop service, along with a starbucks, and a very friendly front desk. Overall a very pleasant and responsiveness staff and faculty. 10/10 would definitely stay again.

We love staying at the Grand Hotel! The rooms are always clean and they smell nice. The beds are always neatly made and soooo comfortable. We always get a great night's sleep there.

The rooms are nicely appointed and are in good repair. I've stayed several times and the rooms are always clean. I especially appreciate all the lighting. There are so many different lights...accent lighting and general room lighting and reading light. The storage options are also great; I cannot even imagine bring so much stuff that you would ever be short on storage. There's also a microwave, coffee pot and refrigerater; although, my refrigerator has never gotten cold enough to be useful to me. Check in/out is also a breeze. Oh, I've never used it but there's also a safe in the room. This is my favorite hotel when heading to the casino.

Very spacious clean and modern rooms with spa-like showers. Front desk helps with anything you need and very quick room service. Huge pool that's a pretty good walk though. Looks like they was building a indoor pool for the Grand Hotel though. Gotta hit the buffet too.

An adult only hotel. Very fancy, clean rooms and súper friendly front desk attendants. They offer free valet which I thought was great and made us feel like very welcoming. The room is spacious with alot of romantic lighting. The shower is big enough for two (best part of the room for couples get away.. wink wink). The casino is inside the hotel with tons of places to eat.. buffet has the best crab legs. The casino dealers at the tables are so friendly and they take time to show you the card game which is why I decided to take my chances and played for hours. (love it and walk out a winner ). I can’t wait to come back.. !!

I would give this a ten if I could. This place is AWESOME....I've been to Vegas and Tunica several times and this place has some amazing display screens and the graphics are off the chart. The staff was so accommodating. And that isn't even the best parts of it. Gumbeaux's food was the best. See my review on them.....and the top prize goes to the history and the family that got this place going. I look forward to seeing yall again soon. One more thing I was amazed that your employees were not robots. They define southern hospitality.

Contemporary style, spacious and clean. Great security measures taken. I cannot wait to stay again. How can you beat staying in a hotel with Starbucks and the Casino downstairs?

I loved the shower the soap n conditioner smell nice we had 2 queen beds were good large tv fridge microwave coffee maker awesome experience....

I love this place I remember when it was first built then it got remodeled. It was good back then and it’s still good now and the staff are really good people.

The rooms are very nice spacious and very relaxing close to the casino and parking lot, microwave, refrigerator and trash bin concealed everything placed so well huge shower NICE VERY NICE

We come from Texas. So it's a bit of a drive. Always a good time. But they have changed their restaurant and menu. Didn't care for the new options.

Clean room. Easy access to the casino. Ac work well. Only thing was the Window view was meh(room was facing the casino roof), but you don't go to a casino to stay in your room looking out the window.

The room was clean and cool when we arrived. The staff were nice and accommodating.

Omg. I had the time of my life. I'm here because I lost power at my home in New Orleans, due to hurricane Ida and I really enjoyed my beautiful room and the dream pool made me forget about the nightmare back home

The Rooms are Very clean and the walk in shower with the waterfall shower head is awesome. The hotel is very quiet at night cause the 21 and over policy which is great.
