I have been using the pharmacy at Kroger for about 20 years now. I don’t even live on this side of town but I still use it because they fill out the prescriptions very fast and efficiently.

They have also gone out of their way to clear up situations that have occurred over the years, whether it be calling my doctor or other pharmacies. There have been a couple of times where my blood pressure meds ran out without a prescription and they gave me a week of meds to hold me over.

Honestly I have no problem with this pharmacy other than sometimes they close earlier than the store hours dictate.

I sometimes run to Kroger on my lunch breaks, and I have one prescription med I pick up there occasionally. It always takes awhile of the staff not acknowledging I’m standing there for any service. The turn around time is very slow.
Some of the staff seem helpful once they get to the pickup window, but too many negative experiences added to the rude lady I dealt with today mean I won’t be back. I can make it to Publix on my break and have a much more pleasant experience.

They seem to always be understaffed, understocked & hours behind. After a recent surgery & prescriptions phoned in, the medications still were not ready. An unnecessary night of pain & a waste of doctors time even calling it in. Looking for a new pharmacy.

Used their pick up service. Missing food and was not told. They attempted no substitutions. Went to customer service and there was a sign that said at lunch, be back at 6:15. No manager on duty at the store either. Employees (the cashiers and the grocery baggers) were great!!!!!

Sunday I had just got out of the hospital from having a stint put in my kidney and fighting off a mild case of sepsis I had all my prescriptions that I had that was not narcotic sent to this location and the others I would take myself to have filled now mind you I don’t feel good I’m in a pretty good amount of pain and the first person I encountered was the drop off lady I give her my prescriptions and tell her that 2of my doctors had double up on the same medications so I just want the stronger of the 2 as I wouldn’t have to be on them as long (antibiotics) she rolls her eyes at me and proceeds what she is doing I hand her my insurance card and tell her that the prescription plan is not on my card that she would have to call the customer care line as I had just got off the phone with making sure I was covered she cops and attitude and says well it’s not on the card I said I know you have to call them I just got off the phone with them anyways she calls them and guess what I have coverage she says 30-45 mins ok no problem I go and sit down to wait my fiancé who is also with goes to grab a few supplies and food for the house next is the pharmacist might I tell you also I’m a local sheriffs deputy but when not in uniform you would know it so he’s filling my prescriptions and comes over and says I don’t care about the narcotics (pssst me either) I barely take them myself so he gives me an ear full about my antibiotics and that he wants to know what the doctors are treating I say well I don’t know one doctor said before I left that I had a mild case of sepsis he says well if that was the case you would be in the hospital hooked up to ivs and antibiotics hello just got out of the hospital “him” well you would have to be there for 4-5 days “me” yeah I know I was there from Wednesday to just now he gets even more mad well these antibiotics are for treating at uti and bladder infection yeah I have a stint in my kidney and a 3mm stone mind you that only do I have bruises on the inside of my arms and needle tracks everywhere from the around the clock blood work I had to have but I have tattoos I’m pail as a vampire and my fiancé is tatted up as well I don’t look like much of anything as the moment this is the worse case of profiling I have ever seen in my life at end he asked for id as I have narcotics in prescriptions needless to say you know which one I showed him I will never in my life fill my prescriptions at this pharmacy again and you can bet I will tell everyone I met not to as well

Worst experience ever at a pharmacy.. the main pharmacist is so rude.. never felt so judged.. when I asked for syringes I'm looked at like a junkie. They said they would not give me any without a prescription, which is a first for me I said as I usually show them what it's for on my email and bring in an empty prescription as it has to be refrigerated. Semiglutide. But they said that's there policy. So I had my Dr send a prescription to them for syringes, I was told it was sent but they said they received nothing and were treating me as if I was making up some elaborate story. An hour went by since it was sent and still nothing, I asked the guy for the fax number which he was hesitant to give me. We'll he didn't include the zipcode and wasn't speaking loud enough for me to hear and I repeated it back to him and he looked at me like I'm an idiot and shook his head saying *No... Don't you know the area code?* well no I don't like I told him I just MOVED HERE! He wouldn't repeat the number instead he asked for my name? He said *for how long it has taken you could of gotten them elsewhere by now* which made me think he just didn't want to help me. Of course I left and said I guess I'll just come back later.. 5 minutes after I left I get a call and they said they got it in... how convenient.. to find out it was a WASTE OF TIME! They said they only sell boxes! I only needed a pack of ten... I told them that from the start. So I wasted all that time when they could of just said we only sell full boxes.. worst attitude some young punk pharmacist. As a side note, I believe syringes should be sold to any adult without question because ironically I used to be a drug addict 15 years ago. I used to inject hard stuff, it's been 10 years since I have touched the stuff. However I remember back then a pharmacist wouldn't sell me syringes, and withdrawal is the worst feeling in the world and people do anything to avoid it. And certain drugs can only be used iv.. so being denied syringes back then is how I contracted hep c now it's been cured. But I shared syringes with someone else.. sooo many people have contracted many dieses the same way too. Denying the sale of them is only hurting people and tax payers as the diesel and cures/treatments are a fortune. Mine was 80k I paid nothing as I was on state insurance.. I could go on and on but ya.. that's my story
