TownePlace Suites by Marriott Kansas City Airport

We made a stop here around 10 o clock at night after a 14 hour day of driving. Parking our truck and uhaul was so easy, location is right off the highway but quiet. Kiersten was so sweet and even price matched a price I had seen online before we even arrived. Put us in a corner room just off the stairwell for easy access outside (we had a dog). Added our Marriott membership later as I didn’t realize we had one. The room was spotless and so comfortable. I can’t believe we had such a nice pit stop for such a low price.

This hotel is top notch. The front desk, ladies are phenomenal. Jesus with maintenance is on point with great customer service skills regarding the grill and the fireplace and any other maintenance request. The wonderful ladies making breakfast in the morning always have everything prepared ready plates silverware everything you could
possibly need for a healthy days start.
10 out of 10 in my book.

we ended up being stranded overnight unexpectedly. the rooms were clean and they had food you could buy in the lobby in the middle of the night.

the rooms were extended stay and I was very surprised at how comfortable the beds were. I am not exaggerating when I say I got a better night's sleep there than I have in more than a month. You found your business stay location. You will play hard ball on your trip for a few more nights in that bed.

Airport shuttle service was fast and friendly and you are a tiny bit more than a mile from the airport.

Breakfast was well done.

This was my one bright spot on an otherwise crazy trip.

Pretty much perfect, other than I am a Pepsi fan which made me walk to a store to buy the product I wanted.
Not sure why businesses have to choose one or the other for their products. I think businesses would prosper if they had multi choice in products.

Best rooms out of any 3-star hotel we’ve been to. Spacious, comfortable, clean— ours even has a full-size fridge instead of a mini fridge, plus loads of cooking equipment. The shower is very big. The breakfast is great and so is the service. It’s very secure. If you’re looking to stay at a 3-star hotel in Kansas City, this is the one.

This hotel has become our first choice whenever we're flying in or out of MCI. The rooms are always clean, beds are comfy, there's a full kitchen plus dishes, reliable 24 hour shuttle, late check out is allowed, and it's quiet in an excellent area. We've been here multiple times and will doubtlessly be back, huge thank you to Kiersten who checked us in the last two times she was very friendly, helpful, and all around a pleasure to talk to!!!

Perfect distance from the airport with a 24 hour shuttle. There is a decent restaurant across a couple parking lots, but you do have a full kitchen, so why not just cook in the room? Coffee and breakfast are also excellent. I will return soon!

We were supposed to stay at another Marriott property across the parking lot, but it's remodeling was late in completion. The room was beautiful, but the rest of the environment noisy and uninviting. The manager there graciously allowed us to move across the parking lot to TownePlace Suites. Equally as clean and comfortable, but with breakfast and no construction. The young man who checked us in must have seen the stress on my face and put us in a room on the other side of the parking lot, top floor, and far away from the elevators. Bonus was a kitchenette that we didn't use, but was nice. I don't know what the price difference was between our original reservations and TownePlace, but Marriott ate it, and took great care of us. For future travels, I'll look for Marriott lodging first.

Not only was she warm and welcoming, but she was also incredibly efficient, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Throughout my stay, she was available to address any concerns or questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

My daughter and I traveled here from Texas. A very pleasant stay: room completely clean; well-appointed and equipped; comfortable. Having a kitchenette a plus.

The staff Antonia and Sean was very professional and helpful. Also the assistant general manager helped with a minor issue. I would stay here again if I am in the area. 😁

Very nice accommodations in a fairly new building. It's near the airport with easy access and very quiet. There's not much for restaurants in the immediate area, but an easy drive on the interstate gets you to several. I will definitely stay here again.

Offering long term parking, spacious rooms, and a great breakfast.

My daughter booked this room for us and I was so impressed. The kitchen, heated swimming pool and the bathroom were great in top of extremely comfortable beds. It definitely was a win!

We loved the park and fly package! Also the young girl that works evening is so sweet and helpful ☺

This is a nice place to stay if you need lodging right near the airport. It was a bitt newer looking than some of the other hotels around it. I found my room pretty spacious and more than what I needed for a nights stay. They have a pool and little fitness center with an excellent water dispenser. About 10 minutes from a Texas Roadhouse if you want a steak.

What a wonderful experience! Service above and beyond. Desk manager Toni goes out of her way to treat guests like family. My wife and son were in town for an unfortunate visit to a very ill family member and tried to book for a one week stay, but due to a Taylor Swift concert in town, could not have the Friday night and had to go to sleep on cots at the hospital for that one night. Toni made sure they had a late check out on Thursday and an early check back in on Saturday, even going as far as calling my wife to tell her that the room was now clean and ready for them. Toni, thank you for making a sad trip just a little easier given the circumstance. This is why we ONLY stay at Marriott.

Fantastic if you are staying for an event at the KCI Expo. I stay here regularly while teaching at a yearly event and always have fantastic service as well as a comfortable, well-appointed ring, made for business, travelers and long-term stays. The free airport shuttle is another welcome bonus. Just make sure to call them after you have your bags in hand and let them know what door you exit. Tell them I told you how great it was. ;)

Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was very clean. If I had to complain of one thing, It would be that it is located just outside the airport and therefore you will be hearing airplanes a lot. But if you're flying out of the airport, it is a convenient location. I have

Great location. Room was perfect. It was so nice to have a decent kitchen to use for our stay. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the salt water pool. The free breakfast in the mornings was really good and there was a great selection.
