Excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called looking for boots . And Crystal send all boots in store . I live over a hour away. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!!

Brought a shoe for a show on Saturday. Only wore the shoes on that night and the heel broke. Spoke to the manager to see if anything could be done about it. She gave me some spill about if I would have brought the shoe back the same day. Lady I went out at night, y’all were closed. I hate that I had to write a negative review but the customer service was not there.

l was told what I wanted I could buy it from the drug store because have what I was interested in...I am realizing I don't look the part for shopping in person...I probably look broke to the sales associate to behonest...If not that's how I felt leaving the store

They close an hour early and their customer service is horrible. They make sure to let you know that they have a no refund policy though…..would not recommend at all.

Went in there today. Never was acknowledged from the time I walked in until the time I left. Told the cashier thank you after I purchased what I needed and the heffer didn’t even say you’re welcome back.

This is the third time I’ve went in the store and wasn’t even acknowledged. They didn’t even ask if I need help or speak. If I wouldn’t have drove 45 minutes to get there I wouldn’t have spent my money. On top of that I wore the shoes to work the next day and my heal squeaks when I walk.

Went there at 8:09 and they said they were close never again!!!
