Found my way around the store ok. A lot of employees, but not getting asked for assistance very often, if at all. Lowes employees seem to offer help more often.

Bright and clean store. Helpful staff that pointed me to the right section saving me time looking for the things I needed. Very organized and aisles/departments are clearly labeled to guide you to the right place. Love the self-checkout registers that are so intuitive. They have free WiFi at the store to use with the Home Depot app. Ample parking outside. Though kinda out of the way, it’s worth a visit. After all, it’s Home Depot!

They were helpful. We bought an item that was damaged and believe you me they did give us craziness. The customer service was great. It was resolved in no time and we were satisfied.

Very good choices of everything you could imagine. And hard to beat prices. And far as the employees kindness is awesome. Only thing wrong with this store is the fact that I'm not employed by The Home Depot, lol. Thanks guys.

I went to almost every store in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas looking for particular item. Every single store said that the item was in stock. I arrived at the Home Depot in Gonzales location and was immediately greeted with a few good mornings and associates willing to help. As a female (using my husbands google to review), It’s intimidating to walk in such a large store. I came across Jeffrey and he made sure to make me feel welcome and find the part that I was looking for. He searched high and low, I got a few other associates involved and lastly, he called other stores to locate the stair treads that I was looking for. He made sure that the other location physically had them, put their hands on the treads, and had them hold them to where they were waiting for me at the front. I greatly appreciate Jeffrey and his kindness and willingness to track down my item. Thank you so much Jeffrey you made my day!

The person helping me was great. He directed me to where I needed to go and when he saw I passed it up he let me know. Good customer service.

I went in to get a few fence items and needed a 2x4 cut in 17 inch pieces. Michael in the lumber department cut it as soon as he got a chance and I got out of there as I waa on my way to work. Great staff and I had a grwat day, installed today. Thanks Home Depot!!!!!!!

I like the self check out. the store back home does not have self check out. Clean store.plenty of parking.

Great service and prices

Very friendly and helpful staff. Asked for help from one team member and he didn't quite know where the product I was looking for was. So instead of directing me to a different staff member, he directly went to ask for me and was immediately able to find what I needed. Was in and out within 5 minutes. That so rarely happens at the hardware store.

Good place and they have what I need most of the time.... They are also willing to go the extra distance to help their customers and I do appreciate that kind of stuff it shows that the customer is more than just a dollar sign

This Home Depot is our go-to for hardware and building materials. Very nice store and a friendly staff. Also Home Depot now has a really nice and easy discount program for military and veterans.

I had to return an item purchased online at the store due to damages. Customer service did not help me locate the item needed, but the young lady working in the flooring dept. Assisted me and was a tremendous help. I did not catch her name, but i will be sure to for now on for this purpose.

I walked in and was greated by each and every employee that I came in contact with. The store was organized and clean.The item I was looking for was easily found.I appreciate the effort and great customer service that. the Home Depot in Gonzales gives. Thanks to them all.They can be a example to other retailers on how to make the customer comfortable when shopping in there store.

Great inventory and the staff is super friendly and helpfull. Did not mind spensing more than 30 minutes while looking at appliances for oir new home.

I'd like to thank the employees that showed up to a building with no power. It means a lot that you're showing up and helping meet the needs of the community after a natural disaster in the midst of a pandemic. Y'all are amazing!!!

The young man in the Garden Center is a wonderful employee. As I return I will be sure and let the manager know when there is a good employee to recognize.
