He gave us all the information up front about what we were dealing with and told us what he recommended for repairs vs. what he didn’t think was an immediate issue. They answered the phone, came by a few hrs later, gave me a fair estimate, showed up the next morning and went to work. This was NOT a small job. Lots of broken pipes and flooding. Robert did way more than I was expecting. The quality of his work was "TOP SHELF". He fixed everything and took the time to even do things that needed to be replaced but I had overlooked. It's rare to find such honesty and quality workmanship at an affordable price!

They confirmed the appointments after it was scheduled. Then before they showed up they called and said they were on their way. After their inspections they had pictures of what was found and explained what the next step would be with the cost already figured. It seemed that there was a lot of time spent checking over all of the system. After the service was complete it was explained that they had service plans with guarantees included covering their work. Robert and Steve were very professional and clean thru out the job. Carissa does a excellent job of running the office and providing information to get the job scheduled. We have been so happy with Quick Service over the years. They are friendly, fair and trustworthy. When we first bought our house, they responded quickly when we needed them during a heater breakdown in the middle of a bitter cold winter. And now that we are on the regular maintenance plan, they have been equally fantastic to work with. This local-owned business always makes us feel like valued customers, and we feel confident we are in good hands with them.

Fast, friendly, accurate, service! I had a shut off valve break on my sink at 8:30 PM on a Tuesday night. I called three different "24 Hour" plumbers in my direct area and none came. The next morning I called Quick Service and had an appointment within 4 hours. The technician took great care with my house; he wore shoe protectors, he put his tool box on a rug he brought for this purpose and he did a fantastic job cleaning up after his work. I was given up front pricing and was updated throughout the work. The technician, Chris, was knowledgable and friendly. He took extra time to explain the work that was performed and gave recommendations for my system. The price was reasonable and the quality of work was great! I will definitely call them the next time I need HVAC or plumbing work. Thanks Quick Service!!!

Awesome job! Bobby and his crew were above and beyond and professional! Not only did they get my AC running in the middle of a heat wave, they explained problems to me that may arise in the future and how I can get ahead of those problems! I'd recommend them to anyone!

I was told my options when I first called about the pricing between an emergency visit, or a regular visit, which could be done next day. I was not home myself at the time of the visit, but I was called with details on what the problem was, a quote to fix it, and payment options. The price for the part replacement was low to mid range of what I had seen elsewhere, and the job was done within a few hours (for what seemed to be a pretty serious issue). They were very transparent and helpful.

Robert was very professional, informative and understood the work that we are looking to get completed. He is a very good communicator and followed up via email within minutes of leaving our property. We will use Robert and Quick Service in the future.
