Okay... So i've been to more of these vape stores than I care to remember and I've gotta say that the two gentlemen (didnt catch their names) were really great. I walked in with a busted device and a look of confusion and they were able to get me exactly what I needed, figured out what I wanted, and hooked me up with everything i didn't know how to ask for.

Customer service is amazing and theyrthey made spending a couple hundred bucks enjoyable

This place is Awesome. The owners are great, they are always kind and helpful. They have fair prices and stay current on the newest vape tech. They have something for everyone from beginners to advanced building. The shop has a cool, laid back vibe, nothing but good things to say.

Never a bad time or wrong advice coming from a visit to Overcast. Helpful, and friendly staff serves only to make buying or browsing an enjoyable experience. Pricing is neither high nor rock bottom but is reasonable to the item. E-Juice selection is HUGE! Something for every palate can be found.

10/10. Has some of the best prices. Could use more juices like Hawaiian Pog but other than that no complains here. Best juices there in my opinion would have to be the glas brand. Of course can't go wrong with Becky :)

Friendly, professional staff, very knowledgeable. I came in looking for a new mod and after discussing what features I wanted they hooked me up, and even helped with the initial setup. Happy as hell with the new mod; definitely would recommend this shop.

Went here in a bind during hurricane ida a man named holden helped me he was knowledgeable and sympathetic for our situation as we are still out of power and have used almost all our funds on generator gas me and my husband both vape and I wasn't sure if I could afford juice for both of us I was willing to do without so that my husband wouldn't have to but holden was kind enough to give me a comfortable discount I will forever be grateful for thank you again overcast you guys always have a clean stylish environment with knowledgeable, kind employees and quick service

Great place. They carry my novo pods and favorite salt nic flavor. Employees are always nice and ready to serve. I like the rewards program. I work within 15 minutes of Overcast, so it is a convenient location for me (compared to other vape shops in Gonzales near my job). I will spend my money there anyway, so why not get something from it? Occasionally I will earn discounts. It's a nice perk plus they have a good selection and kind, knowledgeable employees, all of which keeps me going back for all my nicotine needs. *Note: I do not use the larger vapes or mods but they do offer a selection and information on that as well, as I have seen from observation (not to sound odd, you just notice things, you know?).

This is my go-to spot. They are super friendly and nice. Very helpful as well. Great chill environment if you just want to hangout and chill. My favorite juice is Becky from this place.

This shop is by far one of the best shop I have come across, the amazing atmosphere, juice selection and employees that know their stuff. Smoothest 6mg house juice I have ever had, and they got them snow wolves bruh.

These guys have helped me get my vape repaired and helped me find a pocket size vape. Great stock of juices and vapes. My wife was with me on one trip and I must say every employee suddenly needed to be behind the counter and fighting to help us, guess bolt ons dont visit the store often.

Very helpful staff! Matt is a CHAMP! Y'all need a better ventilation system.....or at least turn the one you have on! Lol, it's kinda foggy in there!! Just kidding! Great group of guys!

Knowledgeable staff. They were a little busy. Very professional. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Plus they have an area where you can chill and play an x box or playstation.

Ordered a mod ,liquid, and rda. Usps lost the package and blamed it on the covid communism which bought them about a wk. I contacted overcast via txt they reached out to usps which filed a workorder to look after a wk. I conyacted usps to find out usps filed a work order with the wrong location to look for the package. Via txt overcast contacted me to replace the mod kit order because im currently mod less. Long story short i was very patient with overcast, overcast worked diligent with me to fulfill my order and i feel reapected and valued as a customer. I will definitely order from overcast again!

The employees here are welcoming and know their stuff and check ids upon entering keeping underage purchase to a minimal. Great house juices aswell.

Great place to shop as well as to be in general, I walked in and said I was a newbie and they had me smart in 10 minutes. There's even a PlayStation and an Xbox so it's a chill place to be.
