Went there and was instantly met with kindness and support just went in for a charger and they were super nice and the purchase was super quick, I really do recommend this place

Liars and cheats! Tell you something is free and then charge you for it. Will never deal with this store or T-Mobile ever again. It's a great way to treat disabled veterans!

Holy cow! I have never lost so many brain cells talking to an employee at T-Mobile. The guy I was on the phone with barley spoke well enough to understand him. He did not know what he was talking about at all. I called to see about getting information swapped over from a broken phone (which was done before when I bought my brand new phone from them) and he continued to tell me they can’t do that. Once the conversation was almost over he then said he could do it.
