This location is on it. Food always nice and fresh and staff is friends while working hard to get orders out. Highly recommend this taco bell over other locations I've visited

We drive here from Rockmart, because they have all the food our Taco Bell doesn't have. We always have very fresh food, that tastes perfect and hot. Never had an issue at this Taco Bell, plus the inside is always open.

I had a large order for my office when I went in today. Junior was a very courteous, prompt cashier. Props to him! Also pleased that our order was made and ready so quickly! Thanks again

12/9/2023 visit during a busy lunch rush. It was so busy when we arrived we almost pulled away but since it was rainy we decided to be patient. The food was quick and the manager was very friendly. Ultimately I know they will have busy periods and in the past we have had a decent wait time but the difference is not the speed of this visit but the manager taking the time to ensure we were taken care of. A quick line to customers goes a long way.

I mean, it's Taco Bell. Not a whole lot to expect from a fast food place. But I had a good experience here and I want to acknowledge the staff who are working hard behind the scenes to hook me up with nachos and such.

I love Taco Bell. I love it more when it's fast and friendly service. That's what I got here good fast food with great customer service.

Food: Steak Bowl was OK
Service: Was not acknowledged for the first 3 or 4 minutes after walking up to counter. When ordering I asked for the fries and they pointed to a sign behind me, attached to the self order kiosk, that said they were out of fries, like I should have seen it. They should have had one in the counter, for those of us old folks that do NOT use those things.
Atmosphere: Well, it was a Taco Bell. But there was no one in there and then just two more people, so it was was really quiet.

Ordered around 4pm, the woman running the drive-thru was so nice!! Loved her attitude 😊

I went inside to get my order and the one that had the red and blonde Dreds packed my food very neatly thanks u so much and I will be glad to tip him the next time I come up there thank u again for ur good customer service

I’ve ordered breakfast and lunch here many times and I’ve never had an issue. Orders have always been accurate, fresh, and delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It's been roughly a month since my bad experience with night crew, I visited for breakfast a couple of times since then, both times were very good. Tonight, I gave your night crew another try. While the service wasn't super fast, the building was wrapped in cars and there was a steady pace. My food was hot and correct and the people working window were attentive and focused.

Much better visit this time, great job guys!!

I never leave reviews but wow! All I’m saying is the guy working drive thru Monday night around 8:30 pm 8/14/23 hands down has the best customer service skills!

This is probably the best experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell. VERY pleasant staff. Quick service. Clean restaurant. Kudos!

Taco Bell is cool for a quick bite but definitely not a everyday meal. You can get really full for cheap but don’t take advantage to much. The food comes out good and the staff is friendly but the food sits heavy on you. There usually busy.

I don’t like ordering from the kiosk!! No customer service at the front counter. The food was excellent though.

I haven't had Taco Bell in a very long time. Stopped here real fast and the guy who took my order in the drive thru was very friendly and nice. I don't think I have ever had a more pleasurable experience ordering my food, plus the food was very good. I will be back.

Pretty obvious to me that customer service is a priority here at this taco bell. Just moved to the area and was surprised by the experience. Having been to multiple taco bells I wanted to recognize the difference in experience here. Each person that has taken my order, or handed me my food was very polite. I couldn't see their faces because everyone was wearing a mask, but it seemed they could have all been smiling. The culture at the taco bell just seems to be right. Me and my wife now joke about this being the Quality Taco Bell

I give 5 stars because my food has always been hot and fresh. I consider this a great location as far that reason. On the other hand, I give it 3 stars because the drive thru is not a well oiled process and service of this location. A little improvement in this area and this location would be the best location in Ga.
