We had a great experience at this location. First I called and spoke to Kayla who answered all my complicated questions with patience. Then I had to call her again with another question and she answered. Once we were in the store she went through the whole process of new phones and activation and moving numbers etc and explained any questions we had. Very positive and professional interaction. Forgot the name of the guy who was working with her, he was pretty awesome as well. My wife needed to charge her phone and he got us a charger while we waited.

I just did my iPhone upgrade and the salesperson (Brandon) was Awesome, we met him last year and I was happy to see he was still at this location! He waited with me until my phone was completely restored and anytime I have a question is always willing to answer it and walk me through!!

After being misled and roped into purchasing equipment and services I didn't need at another store, I came in here to see if I could get some help. Shaun looked into it from the store end and after finding no remedy got on the line with customer service and was able to talk Verizon into a workaround that will save me about $300 over the contract period. Completely opposite experience from Kennesaw. Extremely polite and willing to go out of the way to make sure the customer is satisfied. Right around the corner for me, but well worth going out of your way for a far superior customer service experience.

The guys at this location are very polite and helpful. I really liked that they showed interest in me and my family. Brandon was very knowledgeable about my device and service.
