We took our rainbow trout catch and they cooked it for us so perfectly. The side dishes and the dessert was very yummy. We loved our waiter Lynn. She was so friendly. Great service. Nice people. Great food.

My wife and I have went here for our anniversary dinner. The food was delicious, there was a huge selection, the waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable of the different dishes, and we really enjoyed a fantastic meal! They were out of carrot cake, so we have a great reason to come back and visit again. Had a really nice time, thank you!

Nice atmosphere, great service and fabulous food! Bowl of French onion soup was delicious, filled with croutons and onions, topped with cheese, and broth was perfect! Most soups are too salty, but this was spot on. Shrimp and grits was a generous portion that included 8 shrimp over cheesy grits, in a flavorful Cajun cream sauce. The corn casserole side was delectable. Wish there was room for aslice of one of their house made cakes!

Really excellent!
Shrimp and grits was so good my wife, Boston Betty, may actually learn to eat "Georgia Ice Cream" .
Her French Onion Soup was the first restaurant instance that was not overly salty. Betty tasty.
Corn casserole was very good.
Very happy we came here.

This was a real surprise in a small north Georgia town. The place looked brand new and the service was excellent. They had a great menu with lots of options and the prices for these inflationary days were very reasonable. They have an excellent dessert menu too. We had the banana pudding but I really wanted the chocolate cream pie. We split the banana pudding so we wouldn't eat so much sugar.

Jason was our waiter and let me tell you, you’ll wanna request for him! He’s personable, efficient, knowledgeable about the menu, and was very receptive of our large party of 10 and worked it so smoothly.
I got the ‘Chicken & Waffle’ and “Biscuit’s and Gravy’ w a sausage patty. Everything was delicious!
Thank you so much to the Host for accommodating us so quickly!
10/10 Highly recommended. Fantastic service, great food, and a lovely, home-y, atmosphere 🫶🏽

Great place when looking for a good Southern breakfast! We stopped in on a whim and really enjoyed our meal. My son wanted oatmeal and it was not on the menu; other than that, everything you would expect was on the menu, even hot tea! Our order was taken fairly quickly and the food came out within reasonable time frame. The only complaint we would have was in the drink refilling and checking on our table by our server was some what lacking. This was probably due to the fact of the large amount of tables she was doing by herself...but otherwise our service was great. I would recommend trying for breakfast...we want to come back sometime for dinner or supper!!

After several days of eating out at expensive specialty restaurants we were looking for something to bring back to the cabin to eat in. This place checked off the box just right! Service was quick. The price was VERY reasonable, I would even say cheap. If your in the area I would definitely try this place. Great prices and good food.

Very good service and friendly! We were greeted by the owner and he spent time chatting with the locals. It has a warm atmosphere with many local photographs, many old, hanging up in the back. The food looks just like the menu pictures and tastes just as good. Thank you for a good experience. We visited on Labor Day morning and had breakfast. I ate biscuits and gravy
with a side of sausage and my wife ate the omelette with toast and hash browns. Good prices, too!

We found this gem just by accident and ended up eating there three times while on vacation. The food and service was excellent. The first night I had a vegetable plate of collards, fried okra, green beans, and pinto beans, which was all homemade and not canned. My husband had country fried steak & gravy, with fresh vegetables and delicious yeast rolls. The next morning we rushed down the mountain to enjoy homemade biscuits with sausage sawmill gravy, and my husband had a Denver omlette. We wrapped up our last day of vacation with a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit and I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy so much that I ordered the same again. The prices are extremely reasonable, the restaurant extremely clean, and the service very good. We most definitely will be returning to enjoy this wonderful gem.

Carrot cake was delicious. It's a bit pricey, but sized to share, so worth it! Our waitress was super and food was good. Everything tasted fresh.

What a wonderful surprise along our journey home! You’ll not find a cleaner restaurant nor a more pleasant, efficient and helpful staff. The food was delicious, too! I got a veggie plate and my fella got chicken and waffles - all terrific! Thank you!

My wife and I planned to visit the Black Rock Mountain but it was cloudy and by the time we got there it was closed. Little heartbroken we decided to find a place to dine in and get back to our Airbnb. We were on a budget so were not really looking for an expensive place to dine in. Looking around all the available options on Google we came across this restaurant coz of its reviews. And we were very surprised for having to find such an amazing place. There are many reason why we gave it 5 stars.

First, we found this place very well maintained and we couldn't stop appreciating all the efforts they have put in for decorating the walls. They have news paper clippings that goes back to 1960s or older and it was very exciting to see them. We certainly didn't expect that and we were pretty much blown away for how well maintained this place was.

Then the food that we ordered was amazing. I was a bit hesitant with my order and I wanted to try the chicken liver dish that they had on the menu but I was not sure of that so the kitchen manager did offer me a small sample which I greatly appreciate. She was very nice and even though it was closing time she made us very comfortable and gave us the time to order our food. I think her name was Debra, if I remember correctly and we were very happy with her service. Our server was very nice and did make us very comfortable. The other staffs looked friendly but since it was closing time so we didn't get a chance to talk to anyone else.

I must recommend the chicken strawberry salad (if I remember the name correctly) which exceeded my expectations. I asked for more chicken since I needed more protein and they did offer me a good portion for a small upcharge. We were very satisfied with meals and the price was very reasonable. We wish we could have more time there to try one of their deserts but it was late and we didn't feel good holding the staffs after their closing time.

They did allow us to take a walk around and look at the wall and if given a chance I would certainly visit this place again. I 100% recommend this place to anyone and to dine in here without breaking the bank :D

Grilled shrimp was as good as I’ve ever eaten! Fried shrimp was a little too salty for my taste though. Everything else was superb. Lynne, our server was there checking on us constantly and provided great service. We will go back next time we are in the area.

The chicken tenders are huge. The Mac and cheese was good and so was the sweet potato casserole. We'll definitely stop by when we're in the area again.

Excellent restaurant in Dillard Georgia. The staff are all super friendly and very courteous. They've got a huge selection of side dishes to pick from with your entree. Every meal that I have ever had from here has been great. The spinach artichoke dip just happens to be our favorite appetizer. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone passing through the area or locals looking for a good meal.

The Thursday night special of all the shrimp you can eat is wonderful!! Choice of fried grilled or blackened. Large shrimp with light breading. So good and $18 good value.
