There were helpful associates who offered assistance in selecting the cabinets and sinks we were considering for our newly designed kitchen. After making our choices, they quickly retrieved the items from storage racks well out of our reach. We were also able to find all of the items we were needing in the single trip.
Terrific selection of sinks, faucets, cabinets and counter tops on hand at the Gainesville location. We'll return when it's time to start our bathroom renovation.

We had excellent customer service from Jackie today when we returned two and a half cases of tile. One man in customer service simply said that partial boxes couldn’t be returned, which made little sense, since they also sell this tile in individual pieces. Instead of just going with that easy out, she thought about it, managed it as a return of 3 cases, and then sold us back the individual ones we used. Smart young lady! We really appreciated it!

The Home Depot location on Dawsonville Hwy is the one I visited. It was stocked well, store was clean and employees were friendly and helpful. Checking out was easy with their self checkout process but an employee was nearby if any issues were to arise.

Some of the best customer service you'll receive at a hardware store. Great place where the employees actually care about their jobs, remember you and take care when coming through. Highly recommended!

I like this home Depot over the one on 400 due to the fact that I get better service. The seems to be a home Depot associate available when I need one at this store in Gainesville as opposed to the stores on U.S.400 Dawsonville. It's a bit more of a drive for me but it's worth the drive

Exceptional service from Jeni (Jen) at customer service, Tyler helped also. But Jen spent an hour finding the "guts" to a smoker I bought two days earlier. Tyler and I had to partially disassemble it to make it fit in my car. When we did, I set the grill grates and instructions on top of the nearby pallet of charcoal and left them. She was determined to help, I told her that I didn't want to take her away from her job that I could search too. She said no no that's what we do. 👍

I buy at least about $200.00 worth of building materials every month. I'm doing a total remodeling of a camper trailer that I own. I have already spent about $550.00 with Home Depot in the last 3 months I will probably spend about another $500.00 to $600.00 before I get finished with my remodeling of my camper. I went by today but it has rained so much this last 2 weeks that I still had plenty of material left but I went by today and bought 3 five gallons buckets and lids along with a 7 pack of saws all blades I know that it was not that much but I still think that I got my $40.00 worth out of my money

Dan made my day today going out his way to find the very last 4 of the Christmas tree I wanted. Thank you so much Dan.

Nick was the salesperson back in appliances who rescued my day. Nick went out of his way to help me find the freezer I was looking for, and climbed to the top of his shelves to get it down for me. He personally loaded it in my car and gave me installation instruction. I originally was told I'd have to wait 20 minutes on top of the 30 that I'd already been there. Nick jumped right up and took care of me on the spot. Home Depot can be out quick trip or a half day trip. Nick made sure I got what I needed and was out the door quickly. Thank you very much home Depot

Mason helped me yesterday with a heavy sheet of plywood and did it with a smile. His eagerness to help was a refreshing change of pace.
And one other thing; I was surprised to see so many beautiful women associates in this store. Seriously, I could spend hours roaming the aisles in admiration and they’re as knowledgeable as they are attractive.

Love this place. If you don't know where something is, you can either look the item up in the store map on the Home Depot app, or just stop an employee and they will look it up for you!!!!

A shout out to Bev and Shane, at the Gainesville location, for a job well done. These two went above and beyond to help me with an issue, and didn’t give up until my problem was resolved. What was my problem? It had to do with an extremely frustrating online order where my hands were tied. So happy they were there to rekindle my faith in customer service. Bev and Shane, you two deserve a gold ⭐ star! Thank you. 😊

Very clean. Excellent selection of lumber. Plenty of four wheeled carts available to get the lumber out to my truck. That saves me time and makes me more money. Impressive business awareness about time and money if implemented consistently. Yes, they have. Thanks

Everyone is friendly. When they're busy there a little more serious but you got to get s*** done! I have always found help that I needed.

I went in with what I wanted in mind. I needed a new washer and dryer along with a new fridge. As I'm looking through the appliances I spot a worker and asked if I could be helped. She said she'd go get someone, and less than 3 minutes later another associate walks up to help. She was very friendly and polite. I let her know the models I wanted and the best part was that she didn't try to push me to a more expensive appliance. I was very impressed with how fast everything went, and I got what I wanted 😁

Always an easy Store to navigate. Isles are always clear no debris so you have no issues pushing whatever buggy or cart you decide to use. Friendly staff for any questions you may have, and from what I’ve always experienced very fair, honest pricing.
