I absolutely hate having to go in places when I have ZERO makeup on, the nerves are real. However, today Ulta made the experience peaceful and easy. April at checkout was AMAZING and super helpful!

Jaz in the salon is amazing! I highly recommend her. She will not let you leave, even if that means staying late until you are 100% satisfied. She has a super personality and listens to what you want. If she doesn’t think it’ll work she will give you other possible options to give you the results you want. Ask for Jaz!

BASS PRO SHOP for your wife. Men, your wife/girlfriend/mom/daughter will try to convince you they need one thing... it's a lie.
Its clean, the staff are helpful and knowledgable and due to this... you are trapped.
Just smile, be quiet and hand that special her your money.

Sidenote: this one is reasonably close to a Gamestop.

Kathryn was amazing I caught her as she was coming out the back getting ready to clock out I did not realize that at the time, but even so she was more than willing to help! She helped me establish a good foundation and great lip stain and a powder set and spray eyeliner and mascara. She was amazing! She helped us for nearly 30 minutes and didn't mind at all! She was so helpful! She was exceptional!

I wish I had gotten the store associates name that helped me yesterday… I had a hell of a time matching foundation the day before and still bought the wrong shade. Immediately as I walked in Saturday, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I explained I needed to make an exchange and told her what I was looking for. She helped me find my foundation shade, went through 4 different tones to make sure I had what I wanted and what matched, even applied it to different areas of my face to ensure I was happy, and was so sweet and professional throughout the process. Very happy with my visit!

We are new to the area. I plan on moving here by the end of the month for business. We were greeted greatly as we arrived in to this location. We were helped by Amin. First of all, it is truly wonderful to have a Beauty consultant with such knowledge and fantastic customer service .She was very patient and informative on many choices and products . I will definetly recommend this location and if you go out there ask for Amin or any of the wonderful staff.

Camille is totally awesome! Before Christmas, I was buying my daughter a Dyson Air Wrap. I was somewhat nervous as I didn't have any experience with the Air Wrap and then opening an Ulta Credit card at the same time. Camille was patient with me throughout the process which took slightly more time than just purchasing an item. She informed me of each step and smoothed out the process, so it was easy. Needless to say, I got the 20% discount and my daughter absolutely loves the Air Wrap. I'll be sure to ask for Camille when I'm shopping there from now on. Customer service with a smile.

More for the hair services, but the product selection in the store is actually pretty good. Got a haircut and color and left pretty darn happy. Also took my kid to get a cut and color and she also left looking exactly how she wanted.

I went in last week to get some items I needed to go to a funeral. The girl who helped me was not only knowledgeable on the products I was looking for but kind and compassionate. She helped me find everything I needed and helped to make sure my had the correct colors to match my skin tone. Phenomenal customer service and great experience overall. Will 100% continue to come in and shop for my needs.

A store associate, Haley, understood our specific skin care needs and didn’t try to over sale products or recommend anything we didn’t specifically intend to use. Her knowledge is truly impressive and her professionalism is admirable. Her skill set makes her a valuable member of the Hiram team and with her no pressure sales approach, she is sincerely an asset.

I was having a major hair color emergency done from a different salon, and panicking about it. Monique and Sarah at the salon area helped give me all my options on getting it fixed there, and recommended products I could use at home. They were patient and respectful of my budget and continued to help me and answer my questions even when it was made clear I wouldn't be doing the full salon appointment due to budget reasons. They coached me through the process of discussing my situation with the salon that messed me up. I have bad anxiety, so having their help meant the world to me! They gave me the courage to advocate for myself with that other salon, which did end up giving me a refund and color correction. I was nearly moved to tears by their kindness and willingness to help me. They're like the sisters I wish I had! Thanks for going above and beyond when I was in a tough time. Monique and Sarah, you ladies are absolute treasures!

I normally have horrible experiences in most makeup stores. Most employees have either horrible attitudes or they are super judgemental. HOWEVER, I came into this location today, and they were so helpful up front. I don’t believe I caught the name of the lady that took care of me. But she was patient and kind while I explained the issues I was having with my makeup that I was using and walked me through and showed/explained a few products for me in great detail. I normally make the hour drive to my Sephora where I used to live, but I will definitely be coming back here. They’ve not only earned my money, but my respect.

This morning I stopped by at Ulta in Hiram GA. As I’d expected they were extremely busy and I was looking for a foundation, but needed assistance to match the color of the foundation. I waited a while for an associate who agreed to assist me after she’s done assisting a customer. When she was done she asked Erica to assist me and walked away. I explained to Erica what I needed - she tried several shades, asked questions as to my skin type, then checked out other isles and took approx 20 mins just to assist me when the store was busy. She went above and beyond and was patient with me, gave me alternate suggestions and I walked out with a foundation, feeling happy that someone took the time to assist. She has great customer service skills and will go along way - she is definitely a keeper. Thank YOU Erica. I appreciate you. Best wishes AAP

Super friendly staff throughout the store. I come here all the time to restock on my makeup. The only set back is that they don't carry The Balm cosmetics, but other than that it's a great store. I recently got my hair cut, colored, and styled here too by Lauren. I was a little nervous because of the reviews, but I really needed the cut. I absolutely loved Lauren and the way she did my hair! I was pleasantly surprised and will be going back!

So having daughters, I get drug into lots of uncomfortable places. That is what I expected here. Most make-up stores don't really go out of their way for a father and two young kids. Not here. From the moment we walked it, everyone was very attentive. Always someone within a short distance. They went out of their way and had a nice clearance going on. It's not often you go into a store, especially one that you don't belong in and get that kind of service. I expect to visit anytime I am in the area and girls want to go.

My shopping experience was awesome. Di Ann is phenomenal. She answered my questions. Her product knowledge is a beast. I picked up all the items I was looking for this visit. Store was clean and well organized. I will definitely return to this location.

NICOLE is GREAT! Went in there today to return a colonge because my girlfriend didn’t like it on me. Nicole was called up to help me I told her what I have been wearing for years ( which is John varvatos vintage ). I told her my girlfriend doesn’t like sweet fragrances so she gave more a few options to choose from. Also found out I was spraying to much so she gave me recommendations on where to spray and how to spray to prevent that. Overall outstanding customer service from Nicole!
