After you climb the flight of steep stairs you get down to the rental. While it has potential and you can tell they were doing some work, it was dirty and lots of things were broken. Door to bath won't close, most drawers had stuff left by other people, you could tell it had been a while since it was cleaned or dusted. The big issue for me was the bugs. Found a spider in the bed as well as webs all around the beds. Other bug crawling on walls and ceiling. Dirty socks in couch.
Did not get all the accommodation directions till we arrived that says what is included. Just ale sure you bring trash bags, dishwasher and dish cleaner. There are plenty of towels.
The are newer floors but they are half put down and the smell of molded old wet basement really lingers the whole stay. I had to wash even the clean clothes because they smelled.
There is a spiral stair case the goes to the next floor. Very small steps and the rails are lose and it is unfinshed. You can see in the photos what I am talking about. Windows broke and really dirty. Weeds are grown all around the places. And the conforter on the bed was really nasty with stains and ugg is all I will say. ( look at the pick) 🤮
Now on the plus side. What a amazing view. Right on the slope. Sunrise was amazing.
If this was cleaned up and fixed it would be nice but it need alot of work. DEFINITELY not worth $1,600 for 2 days.
So would we stay here again. No way..to expensive for a run down house.
