Wow! All I can say is grateful me! . I was a referral customer to Mr. David Price. He is a young and knowledgable salesman who knows about how to serve a customer. The process was humbling and I am now a first time ever Brand New Car Owner! Mr. Price reminded me that I deserved to have what I work hard for. I also have to thank the amazing Finance department ( Mr. Michael Sneed). I have to also include Mr. Will and Ayman. This team worked hard for me and made my desire of my heart come true. If I had to title this anything… it would be, “ The Experience “. That’s exactly what I had an experience.

Had a great experience buying my wife a Pilot from here. They even delivered the vehicle to our work place since the dealership was a bit far for us. We got a great deal on the new Pilot plus a great deal on our trade in. No one else came close to match what they ended up offering us. Would recommend 100%.

I drove 100 miles to come to this specific Honda due to the dealerships where I live being dishonest. I worked with Arvin and had the best experience of my life at a car dealership. I had my puppy with me as I wasn’t expecting to go home with a new truck today and they were very accommodating to my dog. Arvin took care of me and made sure I was taken care of on the purchase of my new Ridgeline. Well worth the drive to this dealership to be treated like a person. If you’re in the Opelika/ Columbus area go to Nalley Honda, they’re a lot better than the other Honda Dealerships.

Steven made my experience amazing , so this is my first car purchase & I don’t feel finessed or bamboozled by him, he is very straight forward & he honestly smiled the whole time so it made me happy that he genuinely wanted to see me leave with what I was truly happy with. It was totally awesome. I walked in without an appointment and was greeted by Andre Dallas . I told him what I was looking for and he immediately moved into action. We found a great vehicle that met my budget and other needs. I was in and out the dealership in under 2 hours . Everything was very smooth.

I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Accord from the auction. Noticed that the wheel lock key was not in the vehicle. I called Honda of Union City GA and Justin Johnson answered the phone he answered all questions and concerns I had about getting a replacement. Anything that he did not know the answer to off hand he went to get the accurate answer. Justin was able to get me an appointment set up for same day service after I got off work. Upon get to my appointment Justin greeted me with the same courtesy as when we were speaking over the phone. My car was taken back and service was performed. I check out and was getting ready to leave and realized that I didn’t ask to have someone show me that the key worked. I went back in and asked Justin if someone could show me , to my surprise Justin did not hesitate to come out to my car and show me on all 4 tires. Justin is a perfect example of top tier customer service and representative. To this satisfaction I would also like to note that when having my luxury vehicle serviced I’ve never had this quality. Justin please continue to make your Honda customers feel as I do because it does not go unnoticed.

My experience was great and our salesman Michael was very helpful and attentive. Even though, It was freezing outside, he was patient while I look around outside and test drive different vehicles to make my final decision. He didn’t rush me. He didn’t attempt to choose for me or push me towards any particular vehicle. He wanted to make sure I was happy with whatever choice I made. Thanks again Michael for being so helpful and nice to us throughout to process.The other two managers that helped were great also. I purchased a new car but the used car manager helped me get approved, I forgot his name but thanks to him and thanks to the finance manager Carlos, for your help sealing the deal. I walked out with a new 2024 Honda Accord hybrid sport and I’m loving it. Thanks again to everyone involved.

He made my family and I feel safe to put our trust in him. He treated us like we were members of his family. He put my wants and needs first when it came to getting back on the road! Davis went above and beyond to get me the best possible deal as well. Make sure when you go there ask for David Price he will take care of you like his own!!

Great experience getting an oil change on my Honda Civic. Amber was my technician. She provided very good service…was prompt and took my payment in the service area. The ladies at the front service desk were very courteous as well. They took the time to answer all of my little annoying questions about changing the TV station and giving me a magazine from the guest seating area. I really appreciated the treatment. I told Norm, the service manager, that the service was excellent. It was much better than my first visit to Honda South (a dealership in Morrow, GA). I would never recommend that place. Especially if you’re new to the area, as we were. The service advisors and other workers were loud and rudely speaking to one another in the service area where customers, including me, were waiting for their vehicles. It was horrible. So unexpected for a Honda dealership. Nevertheless, I won’t visit Honda South ever again. This post was truly intended to commend the service provided at Nalley Honda, but I had to mention the difference in service and and much better treatment at Nalley Honda.

Andrew's customer service and expertise made my purchase a smooth and informed decision. He also shared a lot of his Jamaican hospitality! It felt like buying from a family member.
