Lincolnton Athletic Club

I put off joining our local gym, Lincolnton Athletic Club, for a long time because, at 60 years old, I had never been in a gym and knew I'd feel out of place. But Tyler and Courtney have encouraged me every step of the way. I don't have any experience with other gyms, but I can say that this one has a good variety of equipment to meet the needs of everyone. If you have never been in a gym, like me, then I would advise taking classes with Courtney. She has taught me how to use the equipment and customized workout plans to match my abilities while still pushing me. I am so glad I made the decision to join in January.

A gem of a gym in Lincolnton with an atmosphere and equipment that supports all ages and abilities. The facility is affordable, friendly, clean and spacious. The owners are great and provide common sense personal training. Highly recommend!

Great place to workout! They have all the equipment (just brought in new/updated items) - cardio, weight machines, hand weights, barbells and more. Personally taking advantage of the extra one-on-one training services for accountability. Clean & bright facilities. 24/7 key fob access.

This is a great gym! The equipment is abundant, the gym is very clean and well maintained. The new owners, Tyler and Courtney are hands on. They both offer personal training, which I have trained with Tyler and have friends who train with Courtney. Just a real personable feel when you go in! Best gym around!

This is a 24hr gym operated by a local family and I've been going there for over a year now. It is definitely a quality location and you can tell that it's run by people who care. The gym has most of the equipment you would need and it is always well-maintained.

Being members of multiple gyms nationwide over many years, none have compared to LAC. Mark and Beth are incredible and the atmosphere here is unmatched. This gym is a comfort zone and has equipment for all levels of training and offers personalized services.

I've been going to Lincolnton Athletic Club for several years. It is convenient, clean and very well outfitted. Tyler and Courtney are very professional and are always willing to adapt exercises to the individual fitness level. I highly recommend it to everyone.

This is such a fantastic gym to be located in this small town! Lots of equipment, ranging from cardio to circuit machines to weights, with a cycling studio, rowing machines, and more. Plenty of room for you to work out! There is so much care and attention given to this gym and the owners are very attentive and friendly! A fabulous investment in your health and the community!

Love working out here! I have recently started training with Courtney and I've been very pleased. She customizes workouts for me and makes the experience enjoyable.

Awesome small town Gym with both machines and free weights. Open 24/7 and never crowded.
