Crocs at Tanger Outlets Savannah

Excellent experience buying two pairs of kids crocs & jibbets. Great customer service & attentive as well. Very helpful overall.

I usually walk into the store and everyone seems too preoccupied to help. Today I walked in and was greeted and assisted by Ineza. I only wanted to buy 1 pair of shoes. She was so nice I bought more. Malaysia helped me as well just awesome customer service. I was really impressed by them both. Truly satisfied customer here today!!!!

Our family visited the Croc store today. Hannah was our sales associate and she was outstanding. Hannah helped us build our Crocs, and we above and behind to help us find the perfect charms.

The staff here is great! They helped us find everything we needed and a few things we didn't lol. They told us about specials, sales, etc. They really made shopping easy and enjoyable.

The store has a variety of sizes, styles and colors for everyone

Went in to exchange my Croc flip flops and Malaysia was there l, she Greeted me as soon as I walked into the door. She was such a big help, so sweet and may have even talked me into my favorite Crocs EVER!! 😁

The staff were here incredibly sweet and helpful. My husband and I bought 2 pairs of crocs and we love it! The girl who checked us out gave us some free charms and shoe cleaner. Their service was 10 out of 10.

Katie and Malaysia were absolutely fantastic! So helpful, understanding and knowledgeable!! They helped make sure I left the store happy and with everything to make my experience great. As someone who is just now joining the Croc game, I can honestly say I will continue to shop at this particular location just because of the wonderful service!!

The person that assisted me was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He listened to me and got me exactly the crocs that fit.

I laughed so hard. My friend was playing a practical joke on another friend and the ladies that work in the store were extremely willing to participate. They were extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. I still have to figure out why the smaller sizes are so high up, when people who wear them are normally shorter in statue. Lol.

What an amazing experience! My son and I originally went into this location because I thought I needed to exchange my slides. However, with Hannah’s help and expertise, I ended up keeping the size I had and spending more money! Lol…She helped me out tremendously by having such superb customer service! She was willing to go above and beyond with helping me determine the correct size that I would prefer in my slides. Not only that, she was also willing to help me find all of the jibitz that I was looking for. When I originally entered the store, there were not too many customers in there at the time but as time went on more customers arrived and more staff members were available to help their every need.The great service did not stop with Hannah, but everyone working on Dec.28th was so helpful throughout my entire visit. From my initial entry into the store, browsing the products available, and checking out! I will definitely go back to this location again in the near future! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!

I went for a pair socks and didn't expect to have great customer service. Upon entering I was approached and told about the sales, when looking at socks Lauren mentioned the sale on socks and which ones, and now I have 12 pairs of comfy socks. Hats off to you all, or should I say socks on. 👏 Lol

I can not say thank you enough to Mrs.Mackenzie at the Pooler Outlet store! I called earlier today to see if they had the size I needed for my son before driving all the way from Hinesville after work. She informed me they had a shipment coming in today a little later and to call back. I called back and they were doing the inventory and etc and she asked I call back in about 45 mins, I called back and unfortunately, they did not get the sizes in for the color I wanted and I told her thank you so much for all the help and so on. Well, I get a call about 15 mins after I get off the phone with her and she actually found 4 colors in my sons size and I will be heading there after work to purchase! That is excellent customer service in my opinion to take the time to reach back out to a customer, especially one she doesn't
even know, I truly appreciate it and we need more people like her in customer service! So great to see people going the extra mile! Thank you again Mackenzie for your excellent service and being so caring!

Walked in today to make a purchase for my entire family. We encountered an employee by the name of Nasia. She was extremely helpful with assisting us with our purchase. She took her time and answered all my annoying questions and even offered her suggestions. We were on vacation and shared with her that our purchase had to be perfect, because we no longer have a store in our state. Indeed, Nasia went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a pleasant one. If ever in the area again, we would definitely stop back by.

I LOVE this store! The employees are great Especially Lauren! I was there for 15 minutes just asking questions about every kind of shoe they had, she took her time and answered every question and picked out shoes for me to try. I'm so picky but with the help of Lauren I went home with 2 pairs of shoes in which I love! Thanks Lauren!

I don't usually do reviews but i have to say how absolutely impressed I was with Hannah I am kind of grumpy shopper especially any kind of shoes she was the most patient professional associate i have ever dealt with in a very crowded store she seen I was completely lost she absolutely knew the inventory in the back and sizes after she looked for me . If not for her helping i would have walked out but instead bought a pair for crocks for my mother and pins will be back

Got charms for the shoes too! All kinds of colors to choose from means someone will leave with a choice instead of settling for what's there. I like this store.

We had so much fun picking out our new Crocs with Katie! It is so helpful to finally have the correct size--so much more comfortable now!

Although the store is a little tight with isles, they have a great selection and the staff is very helpful!
