Christian has helped me more than once and I love to see her when I go in the store. She is such a sweet person and has always been friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable with our needs!

Chad was great! Very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful!!! I will ask for Chad every time I visit the store! We arrived at the store 40 minutes before closing and was there an hour and 40 minutes past closing. He never once complained. If I could give him 100 stars 🌟 I would! Thank you Chad

She went absolutely above and beyond what you would expect from other carriers not that great I love Verizon and I would definitely recommend my family and friends… my opinion she needs a promotion I never experienced such great customer service from other cell phone providers keep up the good works Verizon you guys are number one

I came into this location originally just to do a trade in and upgrade my phone… I left with more than just a new phone and a lower phone bill thanks to Jordan! He and the other staff worked together to get me what I needed and I truly felt like part of a family walking into this store and not just another customer the customer service is great and because of this location and team Verizon has gained another loyal long term customer.

The rep was amazing. This is the best store I've been to in the Douglasville area. Reps are Super knowledgeable and always honest about upcoming charges on my bill. I never left the store with my issues unresolved.

What a world of difference. I first went to the Newnan Verizon store and was treated like dirt. I then drove to this store and had a great experience the employees were very helpful they gave me the information I was seeking and helped me to purchase a new IPhone. I can’t believe the contrast in customer service from one branch to the other. I will drive the additional 40 minutes every time to get the service I got today!

Paul was awesome to both my husband and I. He made the experience of trading in my old phone so much easier. It's difficult to change, but I'm glad that I did. Goodbye note 10 & hello Samsung 22 plus. Looking forward to many years of experience.

Paul , who is the store manager there continues to go above and beyond for customers.. cant speak highly enough to the lengths he has went for me personally now on two seperate occasions. The first time was 2 years ago. He is the sole reason i stayed with Verizon then. And again this week. When 3 visits to a store, 12 different technicians, and 10 phone calls for support and no resolution! Corporate office on chapel hill rd is a joke ! They all read off a sheet to try and solve issues. So much so they are recycling and repeating the same thing every time. I get if it didnt work the 1st time, maybe try it again . But 7 and 8 times of the same approach ? And expecting a different result is plain stupid! And is the definition of insanity.. after 9 days of no resolution paul was able to help me out and keep me with Verizon..

If u ever need a Verizon store. Avoid Corporate chapel hill at all costs. Go to this store. See paul !

Showed up at this Verizon store yesterday to set up a new phone...I received the best customer service and was very pleased with the phone, accessories, and plan that I was offered. Isaiah and CJ were very knowledgeable and polite and made sure that I was a happy customer. I will definitely go to this location every time I need assistance with my Verizon phone or service. Thanks guys! You're the Best!!!

Brian and Daria were awesome! They really took their time working with and listening to my concern, and offering a solution to my problem. I walked out the store a happy and satisfied customer. I live in Marietta but will definitely be coming back to do future business with them.

I enjoyed my visit to Verizon Wireless today, the store manger (Chico) was very helpful. He explained everything in detail and left no question unturned. He also allowed me to feel very comfortable with my new purchase. He even went out his way to help me decide on which accessories to pick. I appreciate all his hard work and if I ever need anything I'll be back to see him.

Cornelius, Chico, was AMAZING with helping my parents set up their new devices since I couldn't go along with them.
