We started with a smaller unit which was clean and we thought was ample size for our needs. Unfortunately, that was not the case and we switched to a larger unit within a week (also in perfect condition). Donna was very accommodating in what was a seamless transition. The units look like they're brand new and the entire place is clearly well kept. They seem pretty strict with their rules for the facility - something I appreciate when I'm storing our belongings that are worth some $$$. I would lease a unit there again, if I'm ever in need.

We had household items in storage for almost 5 yrs. We just purchased a home and with Donna's help We had our unit emptied and found everything in beautiful condition. The service provided by Storage Depot was so thoughtful and considerate making the transition so easy. We give Storage Depot a unqualified recommendation.

Our experience w/Storage Depot of Richmond Hill was very good. The facility was very clean and maintained efficiently. Billing/payment was easy. Pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend the place.

Mrs. Donna is the sweetest person to deal with, she made this whole experience of moving amazing! And there was usually a very sweet dog in the office ready to greet you, I loved that!! This should be the first place you go if you ever need a storage unit!!

It was such a relief to be able to store our belongings at Storage Depot. Donna is a very personable woman who helped me feel some sense of relief during this chaotic time of my life. The storage unit was clean and they have climate control. Once we were able to unload the truck, I knew our belongings were safely stored away. I would highly recommend this facility. It is a stress-free zone. Accessibility was easy.

A very neat and clean facility and the management are friendly and easy to work with. Unlike a nearby competitor that I attempted to work with previously, Storage Depot doesn't demand auto-pay via credit card, and doesn't demand your social security number, and doesn't insist that you show proof that you have insurance coverage for the contents. Highly recommend, and will use them again when the need arises.

Great facilities. You can't best the customer service Donna Reynolds provides. We use our storage unit to store small business supplies and never imagined the enjoyment and convenience we realize by not using our attic spaces for recurring storage needs. I would rate Storage Depot 10 stars if possible!

Donna and the staff are wonderful! Great facilities, very good prices, and excellent service. I couldn’t get the padlocks off of my Uhaul or storage unit door (cheap locks I bought years ago — FYI, never use cheap locks), so I called Donna, and she and her husband came by ASAP with bolt cutters to help us out no charge. I’m honestly amazed. Quality people and company.

Super place!!!! We had rented two 10 by 20 units for nearly a year and had no problems with the AC, access, lighting, and maintenance. Carts always available, aisles and grounds always kept very clean, and absolutely no noise or problems ( area is gated). Management very professional and most accommodating. Highly recommend Storage Depot over any other storage units in the area.

It was a fabulous experience with Storage Depot. Moving from several hours away and needing storage created some challenges, but Donna went far beyond my expectations and kept us updated when options became available. Wonderful service and great storage facility.

Excellent storage! Donna was very helpful and catered to my needs! A huge plus and back saver was that they provide carts to move your items down the hallway to your storage.
