Walmart Pharmacy

Every time I go there to the drive up window, I am ALWAYS greeted by a friendly associate. Today there was a glitch with my insurance and the lady behind the mask shuffled stuff around which saved me quite a bit of money. The pharmacist checked to make I knew how to use the meter and if I had any questions. Both people made me feel good ; they cared about me. Can’t get much better than that.

Excellent customer service in all departments...pharmacy is always on time.i use the app never issues with prescriptions ...definitely best one in my area

I received a vaccine from Jeff and was very impressed with Walmarts timing and professionalism. Jeff was very informative and caring. He explained that Walmart uses a patch for injection that prevents infection. I did not have any side affects from my first shot. Looking forward to the second and very appreciative of everyone's efforts

I expect longer lines and longer wait during a pandemic. This is our new reality, what I do appreciate is the nice staff and pharmacists . I appreciate their hard work!

Very helpful especially with new prescriptions and they help me find the best prices and hook up with my current insurance company

The pharmacists there are awesome and so are the assistants. They are always very busy but try to take care of their customers as soon as they can.

This pharmacy is the worst of any Walmart I have been to. They have no customer sevice skills nor do they even care. They are very rude people. They leave you on hold forever. It would be nice if someone cared to train them. This is twice now where I have tried to get a prescription filled and them denying it saying the doctor needs to give a code. Well my doctor called them 3 times and left messages in detail and they still did not fill the last one. The first one was a day late and I was in severe pain the whole night after back surgery. I told the pharmacists that my doctors office left them a detailed message today so he tells me to call back yet again in 15 minutes. They were at lunch when she called. The doctors office is just as frustrated as I am. I will never use this pharmacy again and if people ask me I will give them fair warning about this place. I think a call to medicare is in order with their practices. I called back and now they say it isn't filled yet and they need another 30 mminutes....They have had this since early this morning. Like I said, they just don't care. They take people for granted as customers. Common sense would tell us that being helpful and kind would likely secure a customer for a long time. That will not be the case here.

waited at the outside window for over 25 minutes. Pharmacy staff looked at me but never came over. When finally helped had to wait another 10 minutes for my prescription even though was called in by my Dr.

I called on the phone for pricing an spoke to Melissa she was very rude. Will not go there for anything. This is the reason i do not go to Walmart the worse customer service ever. Stupid people.

Please put up a sign for the windows your not helping people with. And please teach your people some customer service
