I am so happy that Floresta Pharmacy was recommended to me! The staff there is extremely nice, they always notify me as soon as my prescription is ready, the store is clean, and they go out of their way to get what you need. There are no 30 minute waits to pick up your prescriptions (like in some other local places). You're in and out. The construction work outside in the street is somewhat of an inconvenience, but not nearly as much as going to other pharmacies. And that will end!!

I was so lucky to have found them when my pharmacy shut down. I take several prescriptions a month and Floresta Pharmacy took everything over seamlessly. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. What a breath of fresh air having a 'neighborhood'pharmacy vs a big retail pharmacy. Thanks to the whole team!

So glad I found this pharmacy! I’ve been dealing with shortage issues at another chain pharmacy for a medication I take. I was relieved to find out Floresta Pharmacy had it in stock and I was blown away at how kind, helpful and efficient they were every step of the way. They were not irritated or inconvenienced by my questions or requests. It’s the kind of service you hope for but rarely see in a business! I highly recommend.

OMG, The staff at Floresta Pharmacy are top notch, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always so helpful. Several months ago, I switched to Floresta Pharmacy from Winn-Dixie, which I had used for several years. However, once the manager retired, and they went through several other pharmacists and managers in a short time; The service started to suffer. For several weeks, you would just get a phone ringing...all day long, hour upon hour, day upon day, you couldn't get through. Even to ask a question. However, during that time of transition, there was a ray of sunshine still left behind. Holly, the best darn pharmacy tech I've ever dealt with. She knows me by my 📛, by my voice when I call. She knows my date of birth without having to ask. She knows all of the medications I take, whether I use brand or generic. She always calls before filling an expensive script, as I am on a limited income. She is just so amazing. She couldn't stay at a pharmacy that was quickly losing their reputation, she cares too much about her patients. As soon as I found out she went to Floresta Pharmacy, I called Sam right away to see if he would accept my prescriptions, (I take about 32 different ones), and he said of course, come join my family. Holly has fit right in and has made Floresta Pharmacy shine us bright as her smile. I just love her so much. She and the rest of the staff are top notch. Best pharmacy EVER!!

I've been a customer of Floresta pharmacy for several years. So this review is long overdue.
I require a number of medications from a number of different doctors on a monthly basis. I greatly appreciate this pharmacy's prompt and courteous service.
My medications are always ready for pickup. I've never had to wait.
Foresta's pricing is very competitive to the local chain pharmacies.
Any issues with my prescription insurance company, or errors/ discrepancies with prescriptions, have always been resolved through the initiative and efforts of this fantastic pharmacy's, owner and staff.

Before using Floresta Pharmacy I used two of the major brand larger pharmacies. The only benefit of those establishments were the extended hours and drive through pickup. However one time I had trouble filling a script and was actually lied to by the pharmacist at one of those large brand places. By chance I went to Floresta Pharmacy and had the script filled no problem. The personal and friendly service from the Floresta staff is unmatched. I'm much happier using a smaller neighborhood pharmacy such as Floresta Pharmacy and highly recommend them.

I love this local Pharmacy. They're friendly, personable, knowledgeable and are very accommodating. I had an Rx discount card from out if State that isn't accepted here and they searched around, without my even asking, to get me the best price. We like to support local small businesses, and these guys are tops!

I've always been under the misconception that a smaller pharmacy would be more expensive than chain pharmacies. I was WRONG. There was a rare medication my mother needed that was $1,000 at Walmart. Floresta Pharmacy? Around $20. After realizing how wrong Ive been my whole life plus the absolute amazing customer service I got, I immediately transfered all of my prescriptions over to them. They go above and beyond to help you and they are extremely fast!

I have been getting my prescriptions filled at Floresta Pharmacy for many years! I have never had an issue. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Feels like family.

This was my first visit to this Pharmacy/ Convenience store because I'm new to this area. What I really liked was the store was extremely clean and neat, there wasn't any dust or clutter which tells me the Owner and Management take pride and care in thier business. I especially enjoyed meeting and talking to the Pharmacist/Owner and a employee Brandon, they both were curtious and welcoming. I most certainly will be a regular customer from now on!

Very professional! Answers all questions so I can understand. Very friendly and honest. I wish I went there 5 years ago before dealing with these other pharmacies who never have have my meds on time and I have waited over 10 days in some cases, this pharmacy is on time every time, thank you., glad I finally have a reliable pharmacist and someone I can trust.
