Party City

I needed to find a certain particular special balloon. I went to a couple of places before coming here, but couldn't find what I was looking for. However, Party City had exactly what I needed. This was my first time in a Party City and I see how it got its name. The customer service was excellent as the staff was very courteous and polite. Great job.

If you have questions that are ready to answer it most of the time. They know exactly what aisle things are on. And most of the time they know the exact price of things. I have not had any problems. With some help we found everything For my baby's first birthday. And we found some cool masks

Picked up items like disco paper plates and Bandanas on 5.4.23. Need quick party items Party City Chapel hill rd is for you. Douglas County Cafeteria workers banquet that was held on 5.5.23 at the old Greysone bldg on veterans memorial

They had exactly what we needed ONE DAY BEFORE HALLOWEEN!

Party city is great lots of costumes decor and candy my personal favorite is pixie sticks fun for traveling with and they sell big bags of them

Visited the store for a quick balloon run. The store was clean and organized the staff was friendly and informative. Was advised of a lil upsell with the gel in the balloon to help them last longer. No excessive wait time although it was a line. Overall great service great staff.

Love it! They always have what we need.

Went in for decorations for work and the staff was more than helpful even offered the delivery of the balloons we bought on the day we needed them.

I definitely recommend this location. Staff was friendly especially Tristen who has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time since starting these reviews! Thank you so much for all your help! To all who go in here for sure if you need anything he is one I recommend seeking. This location was orderly, signs up, clean, unisex bathroom that is clean, good clearance area in the back, several employees in the store at the time and each offered assistance if needed, etc. This location is in a great location with a ton of stores surrounding it. I have always been a fan of this store in itself so seeing it when I was in the area seeing what else was around, I had to check it out! If you haven't been to this location I would say for sure stop in if you are looking for party supplies, candy,etc. Thank you for reading!

I think her name was Cassidy but I called asking about a skirt and she answered and even walked to the back to see if they had any on stock! Super nice and respectful!

Finally, a store that carries Halloween products during October!

Luv this location best in my opinion cuz I've been to quite a lot of Party Cities in GA and am so glad I found this one. We bought some balloon for my niece's birthday. We came in another time for Halloween costumes and got a great deal even bought some items that we didn't know we needed for our Halloween party!! B-)

First off they reorganized the whole store and OMG!!what an amazing difference it makes for shopping! So clean and easy to find anything you need. And the staff are very friendly and helpful!!

Great customer service. The store is well maintained & has a huge selection of party stuff. And if there's anything you want that isn't in stock, you can order it at the kiosk inside & get it shipped for free.

Honestly one of the best Party City stores I’ve come across from April 2020 to May 2020 as there were many events and expectations.

Only in the store for a few moments as to potentially not expose myself to the pandemic, I was still able to be awestruck by the kindness of the employees and stocked up merchandise on display.

I stopped to pick up some balloons for my daughter for her graduation. One of the balloons was not holding the helium and they made a suggestion of a balloon that would possibly work for her graduation. Thank you for your help. She loved it!

They have almost any party supplies you would need. But make sure you need any holiday supplies you get because after the holiday you can't return anything even if it's not opened. Other than that it is a great place for all party supplies.

Other was busy the day before Halloween. But Loz and Genna helped my son and I out to the fullest. We don't usually go to party City for costumes, so we didn't know to go to the very back to grab what he wanted. We waited in line for the cashier for nearly 30 minutes only to find out that we had to go to the back. BTW, they were out of what he wanted and Genna helped find something similar for my kid and they put us back in the front to be serviced. These two ladies went above and beyond. Had they not done that, I wouldn't have waited in line to get the costume for my kid a 2nd time. Thanks ladies.

I would like to thank maya personally for helping me with my ballon purchase earlier , especially during these unfortunate times we are going through she still has wonderful customer service skills and that means a lot !!!
