The Can & Bottle Beer Shop

This is a cool little bar with beer and ales from all over the world, as well as domestic microbrews. There are about 12 beers on tap, and bottled and canned beers. You can drink there, or buy package beers to go. The owner is cool and friendly. Support local small businesses!

One of the best places I have been too. With some of the most unique brews, that I have ever seen, that you can drink there or take home with you.

The Can and Bottle has been a wonderful place to sit back, relax, and explore some incredible beers. The owner stocks some pretty unique finds--- beers that taste like pickle juice, orange soft serve ice cream, and cherry cheesecake. Not to say that there are only unusual finds here. There are also classic German beers, standard ales and lagers, ciders, and seltzers. There's something here for everyone. It's pretty laid back--- a great spot to bring a board game, or even a laptop to do some work while sipping a pint. Definitely give it a try.

The best bottle shop in town and he always has a great selection on tap. My favorite part is how frequently the selection rotates so there's always something new to try. If you're interested in exploring new craft beer styles and riffs, this is the place to visit.

Such a great beer selection! 12 beers on tap available in a variety of sizes and so many great cans and bottles to enjoy on site or to go. Super reasonable prices, a great atmosphere, and amazing service from knowledgeable staff. Plus a constantly rotating selection every week.

Hi guys, if you like quiet places without extravagant noise and where you can enjoy a good IPA beer like I do, this is your place, I like to discover places and different flavors and guess what? Today I found a different beer this is a double papaya shake…lol it has a volume of 9.0% the style is Tart Ale, come and discover your favorite! the service is great!!

Great selection of craft beer. Perfect hospitality. Easy going good drinking and talking. Clean. Plenty of parking. Digital beer menu doesn't disappear when your trying to read it, like many other places.

The owner is a great guy, as is everyone I’ve met there. They’re always willing to make (excellent) suggestions of what to try, based on your preferences.

The selections - both at the taps and in the shop - are fantastic. There’s a new draft available anytime something runs out, and new can and bottle selections arrive every week. There are tons of beers I hadn’t seen before, including some I’d been trying to get my hands on from South FL since leaving 3+ years ago (Beat Culture’s brews, to be specific). They also do a great job of advertising what’s new on social media, so you know when you NEED to head in versus when you’d just like to!

I’ll be back literally anytime I can justify the 25 minute drive.

Absolutely amazing beer selection, mike makes you feel right at home with the cozy environment, helps you understand your whole drink order and makes sure you get exactly what you came here for. This is winter springs hidden gem all the locals need to come here before they have a beer anywhere else.

The Can & Bottle Shop also has a large bar with some excellent draft beers on tap (Delerium and Weyerbacher for example). I stopped in on a recent Saturday afternoon after finding this gem on Untappd. Chatted with the owner while picking out some great beers for the weekend. Not only are the beers ( cans, bottles, drafts) reasonably priced but also they off 10% off the total purchase when you buy 4 or more cans/bottles. There are some unique craft beers here that you will not find at the local big box retailers (TWs, ABC...). Located on 434 in Winter Springs in the strip of stores behind Victorio's restaurant. Stop in and pick up some brews to go, or enjoy a cold one from the taps or the cooler ( for a minimal corkage fee) at the bar, and support this new local establishment. Cheers 🍻

Incredible customer service, amazing craft beer selection. Best in the area for importing instate & out of state craft beer. Owner will even try his best to get beer in for locals craving a desired taste. Highly recommended to any beer drinker

Mike has an excellent craft beer selection to sit and enjoy at the bar or to go. There are additional beverage options like wine, ciders, meads, seltzers and komboucha for non beer drinkers. The atmosphere is cool and the customer service is great! It's the only craft beer bar I know of locally that has Budvar on draft and cans. On Wednesdays Budvar is only $5 a pint! This is the only craft beer shop of it's kind in Seminole County. I highly recommend stopping by and supporting this awesome local business. Cheers!🍻

Place has absolutely great beer. Mike is absolutely amazing, and provides awesome service. I recommend #10 Brain Fuzz. I can drink a gallon of that stuff.

Great hidden craft brew spot. Mike, the owner really knows beer and is great to talk to. Events held include trivia and SuperSmash brothers tournaments. I also have a meet up with friends there once a month and am always looking forward to stopping by.

This is such a chill and awesome can & bottle shop. There is always an amazing selection; the owner does an awesome job. If you don't like beer i believe there are some wine options available. If you don't know what to look for, ask Mike and he'll point you in the right direction.

Awesome, chill vibes, a great selection of cans & bottles obviously, and drafts as well, the drafts are really reasonably priced.

Hidden gem for sure. My favorite parts:

1. They have a varying selection of beers that I haven't seen at other places around. They seem to try and make that a point of what they offer. Selection changes up from time to time so if you like trying new beers, this is a good spot. They got some beers on tap, and a large selection in cans.

2. I think the owner does this as a passion project. He really loves talking about the beers they have. If you don't know what you want, chat him up.

3. Volume of music is reasonable, they don't blast it. It's a great place to sit down and chat.

4. There is a pizza place in the same lot that makes amazing pizza, food is allowed inside. Grab a pie and sit down at this place for a good beer you haven't tried yet!

Mike has a great variety of interisting beers. He's always got something new and great recommendations. Ask what's on tap and you'll find your new favorite!

This place is so cool! My husband and I moved from the city to suburbs and love to try different beers with a cool tap room vibe. We were super disappointed that nothing like this existed in Winter Springs. When we heard about this new beer tap room we got super excited and went as soon as we could. This place is exactly what we were looking for and did not disappoint! The owner is amazing and very knowledgeable. We sat and had a few beers on tap and from the chilled case. All very good and well thought out as to why he selected them. We are so excited to see this place grow and 100% will be back to show our friends!
